This discussion was going on in another thread that just got shut down, but BE PREPARED folks for the SPIN Linda Kenney Baden put on this stuff on JVM a while ago, and I 100% believe this is what JB will bring to Dr. Drew tonight!! They are going to say this COULD NOT BE CASEY because they are conveniently confusing the TWO ACCOUNTS on that home computer that both FCA and CA/GA used.

CA/GA used the Casey Account.
Casey Used the OWNER account, but Baden said on JVM that it could NOT have been Casey, because the next day, when she was in JAIL, someone logged into "Casey's Account" (notice the use of "Casey's Account", deceptive, when this is the account CA/GA used), NEVER mentioning the other OWNER account, which is the one Casey used. I know now others are focused on the Tricia radio show and the NG show, but this is what is going to be remembered by the folks, who once again, will be blaming George!!!! IMO

Now, getting prepared for JB on Dr. Drew, I just listened to Linda Kenney Baden on JVM, and she very slickly said the way the defense was going to handle this at trial, was that later that night at 10PM or even the next day I think she mentioned, someone logged into CASEY'S account on the computer. But we here know, or it has been mentioned, there were 2 "User" accounts on that computer, and that GA/CA used the "Casey" Account, and Casey used the "Owner" Account. I knew RIGHT AWAY the scam Baden was spewing, but this is EXACTLY what i believed they would have bamboozled the jurors with at trial, skewing the two accounts on that computer.

Did anyone else see JVM? or should this be discussed on the Sidebar? AZ, didn't you mention FCA always used the "Owner" account, and GA/CA were using the "Casey" account. I bet this is what JB is going to bring to Dr. Drew tonight, I wish someone could counter attack him!!!

Jane velez mitchell did a segment on this as well. Linda Kenny-Badin did her turn as a defense attorney. here is what she said, paraphrasing;

There were computer entries exactly like these on the FOLLOWING day, and Casey was not home then. So that proves this was in fact George, not Casey.

Not sure what she is talking about since it is common knowledge that Casey wasfrequently and secretly "home", doing all sorts of nefarious things while her parents were at work. Stealing gas cans, groceries, getting clothes, borrowing shovels, carrying Caylee's dead body around the backyard trying to figure out what to do with it, backing her car into the garage. I wish the defense would stop now with the lying and twisting.

They already won and their client slithered away to freedom. They should just thank their lucky stars for the P12 and be done with it.

Casey can confess to killing Caylee while screaming from the rooftops. Video of her doing it can surface someday and the neither the state or anyone else will ever be able to try her for the murder of Caylee again.

So why twist and lie now? It's not like anyone on the DT has any redeeming qualities in the eyes of the general public anyway.

Jeff Ashton just expressed how unfortunate it was that this vital info was overlooked and that he wished he had had it during the trial.

LDB simply said, "I requested a complete computer history from June 16, 2008. I have the emails to prove it."

Yeah, LDB was not happy at all.


The OSCO has taken responsibility and expressed their regret at the oversight. They promise to improve their forensic investigation in the future.

Casey never really had a dating life before Caylee. She slept around ,but never had a real boyfriend till Jesse. The rest, like Jeffey Hopkins, are figments of Casey's imagination. I've always thought that Ricardo M was a stepping stone to Casey. She was stringing him along because she didn't let any one guy go till something better came along, and yes it was Tony L. and his lifestyle. But any man would do so she didn't sit at home with a kid she didn't want and watch life pass her by.

Exactly. Let's not forget all of the men she was juggling while in relationships with Ricardo and Tony. Iassen, Ricardo, Her Cop, still cried over and tried to manipulate Brandon, and Jesse. She was so incredibly insecure and woefully narcissistic that she needed not just one guy in her back pocket but multiple guys. This way she was constantly fawned over and the center of someone's, anyone's, attention.

Do you think Casey, in her diaries of days, came as close to a confession she'll ever make?

Beach I think she asked for a complete internet history for June 16th, so the OCSD gave her the results of internet explorer, but did not include the firefox search - or at least that's what I'm understanding..

Hasn't he figured out what the real timeline was yet? Or, he does now and is still spinning and spinning and calling in his deputy spinmeisters.

While I am excitedly explaining to my DD what is going on with AZLawyer and JWG's fabulous sleuthing skills, Nancy Grace, etc. she puts it really into perspective.......

If it HAD been brought up at trial, I am sure Cindy would have said she logged into the computer to pretend to be Casey to see what she was up to, and she searched "fool-proof surrogation"......you know, being a nurse of decomposition and all. :maddening:

Uhhh, that's what I was yelling at my tv...Geez JB, don't ya think FICA just probably drove around the block a couple of times and went back to the house...DUH! I guess he still thinks the rest of the country is as stupid as the P12 and will believe the unbelievable.

Baez will NEVER admit to the error, at least not publicly, and he now has LKB working with him doing the media rounds still pushing their WRONG timeline....
By releasing that info in his book Baez has outed his client and he needs to do damage control...because he has stirred up outrage against the verdict, and OCA ...her Civil Trials are still very much Open and Active
Unfortunately Mr Baez your computer experts,who may be or may not be admitted in a court of law, were WROOOOOONG...they did not have an updated version of the software they were using...

You know, if a convicted felon can show that their legal team was inept in their defense and get a retrial, why can't the state show their prosecution legal team was inept and get a retrial?

Because of that little constitutional right of "double jeopardy". It is in place for a good reason. Just not in this case.

FYI Casey could appear on television tomorrow night and say "I duct taped my daughter's mouth and nose shut, put a bag over her head and watched the little snot die".......and there would be absolutely NOTHING that could be done to her. NOTHING. Harsh as that is, that is the reality.

The only think I thank God in Heaven for about this new information coming to light, is that perhaps it will keep FCA from making one more penney of blood money of of her daughter's murder. Also, that hopefully, HOPEFULLY, a few of those "Casey is Innocent" people just might pause, and think...hmmmmm. Maybe those P12s might think OMG if only we had known.

What I do hate about this is thinking of what Yuri Melich and John Allen and all of those people who desperately tried to get justice for Caylee are going through tonight.

Sorry...what I meant to say about damage control is the outrage against the verdict, OCA getting away with murder, that he has stirred up again.
