She is sounding crazier than ever. Hope the judge noticed she was the only one that didnt rise when he came into courtroom.

Maybe she thinks her disability allows her to be disrespectful. Remember she has the sticker that allows her to go to the front of the line at Disney because of some disability.

Well, that's not at all what I expected him to sound like.

I thought the same thing. I think that he is under so much pressure that he is about to lose it too. I heard there are signs being posted all over the compound. They are both guilty and they know it. They just thought that they were going to get away with it. He should have spoken up like that in the first place if they were innocent instead of doing the vial things that those 2 did by putting H down every chance that they had. I would have been demanding polygraphs and being in the media declaring my innocence. Let the guilty pay.

I'm from the South (like you) so he just sounds like a guy to me lol
I am just not sure why he is overcome with emotion all of the sudden. Maybe they really thought the expert would not be allowed? Maybe they have started to believe their own lies and now that it is a reality that this IS going to trial in 2 months, he is freaking out? Maybe he is really scared he might go to jail for this when he is innocent (throwing out all ideas here) & taking the fall for TM? Maybe he realizes they are screwed and is freaking out b/c he is a baby and his wife has him by the balls? Maybe he is just a psychopath and faked the tears?

IDK but it's just odd to cry like that on camera when you didn't even have to do an interview.

JMO of course.

He's crying, IMO, because their special guest defense witness looked like a kindergartener against a college graduate in court. They had hoped this special witness was their get out of jail free card.
I hope the news crews go back today to the compound to take pictures.

In their rant ...............a murderer is out there.........yeah like the Ramseys claimed and is OJ sill looking for the 'real' killers? JMOO

Did they say exactly that?

If yes, they just admitted 2 things:

1. Heather is, in fact, dead and they know she's dead
2. Heather was, in fact, murdered

I believe it all to be an act. SM had his Grammy moment and in my book he doesn't even get nominated. Your a bad actor SM, I don't buy your lies for one second.
Keep on lying and trying to place blame on TE, LE, the HC Solicitor and anyone else you can get to listen.
Your actions are what brought you to court, so blame, blame and blame some more, honey.

Where is Heather? What did y'all do with her?

For some strange reason the song Bang and Blame is in my head and I cannot get it to stop. lol

Coroner: Human remains found in Spartanburg County

The bones were entirely free of flesh and Clevenger said it was not immediately apparent if the remains belonged to a male or female. No clothing had been found in the area as of noon on Tuesday. Clevenger said it may take several weeks to identify the remains.

"The fact that we have a skull will help a great deal," Clevenger said.

The person's teeth were still intact.

Ok I had to go look up the actual quote of what SM said yesterday in his impromptu interview:

“Because if I confess to something that I didn’t do, then there’s a murderer or a kidnapper or whatever, running around somewhere in this community, and no one even knows. That’s the scary part,” said Moorer.

If I was the state I'd be sure to bring this exact statement in and play it to the jury because SM is conceding there was a murder and/or a kidnapping and he is conceding it happened to Heather.

<snipped for space> I'm on my phone so please excuse my errors if I screw up.

This reminds me of interviews with certain people who unconsciously nod their head up and down when they mean to move head side to side, as to say no when mean yes.
Sorry I cannot describe it any better than that.

I think the Moorer's are morally reprehensible at so many levels. I think they did it. I personally think they owe their lives for the life they took. I don't care about their theater of tears.

But if the charge was murder and is still kidnapping, and she's still missing and presumed to be dead, it follows that she was likely kidnapped and murdered, and so there must be a murderer or kidnapper "or whatever" somewhere.

So if the state needs this crying jag statement to get the jury closer to a conviction, it's pretty desperate.

The experts and the greater evidence picture are far more useful in a trial than a statement of the obvious that's obvious no matter who says it.

He was reading from a piece of paper. Im picturing Tammy writing the script for him and shoving him outside and onto the stage.

He was looking very sheepish in the last few seconds of the interview, for sure.

Thank you Victory, I meant to add this little gem but forgot. WTF

Shifty, definitely shifty.

I rolled my eyes so hard after watching his interview they got stuck in the back of my head. :eye: :eye:

This is the same guy who had "an affair" with the beautiful HE for MONTHS b/c obviously he wasn't happy with the MRS but now he can't seem to even speak for himself on camera? SMH That woman (and that man for that matter) really do baffle me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised actually. This IS how TM rolls.

A small part of me still believes that SM didn't physically murder Heather. I have thought that for a long time and seeing him now solidifies it more. I just don't think he has it in him. His wife runs the show, she is the rage head, the one obsessed with Heather, he is the follower, the sheep, the crier. He is not innocent of being part of a crime, I'm not saying that but I personally don't believe he is the one who actually killed Heather.

If he had any shred of dignity, he would plead out and give them the info on her. It has to be b/c of the kids. I can't believe he wouldn't for any other reason besides being innocent (not really possible at this point) b/c he has to know they are going to convict him, right? Unless he is stupid enough to believe the lies TM has fed him.

JMO of course.

“We need new solicitors and Horry County Police Department cause all they do is lie on people,” Tammy Moorer voiced leaving the court house after Monday’s pretrial hearing. “Horry County’s in big trouble. It could be you next, honey.”

News13’s Luke Lalonde, walking alongside the Moorers, asked their thoughts on the testimony of Fredericks being allowed in Sidney’s trial. “I really don’t care", stated Tammy Moorer. “I know where my car was and if they hadn’t hidden the black box you would too.”

“They know where it was, too,” added Sidney Moorer. “I feel like I’m being set up."

“What do you think about the pages where they’re taking these children and they’re threatening to rape and murder these little children and they think its ok?” questions Tammy Moorer. “It’s ok to be stalked by a psychopath? It’s not. It really isn’t.”

“The solicitor thinks it’s ok,” suggests Sidney Moorer. “He lets it go on. He knows about it. He’s got evidence.”

News13’s Lalonde offers the Moorers an opportunity “to talk to people if [they’d] like to.”

“No, we can’t because of the gag order that’s also illegal,” claims Sidney Moorer before getting into a nearby vehicle.

Micro Expressions is the name of it and there are people who study these in depth.

But if the charge was murder and is still kidnapping, and she's still missing and presumed to be dead, it follows that she was likely kidnapped and murdered, and so there must be a murderer or kidnapper "or whatever" somewhere.

It removes the ability for their attorneys to claim that Heather ran away and is off somewhere in hiding, but she's not deceased, not kidnapped, etc, etc. By conceding that she is, it limits the narrative. It's a very small thing but to me it's one of those things that is a tell.
