Martin said he believed Large did Mirandize Moorer during their interview, which happened 30 or 40 minutes before the interview that was just played.

Martin said he did not Mirandize the defendant before speaking with him, as he was not under arrest at that time.

The witness said he received the first set of Heather Elvis' phone records around 8:30 or 9 a.m. on Dec. 20, 2013.

I got that it was about Det. Large, and 8 hours after Heather went missing phone records, I couldn't get the rest.

During cross examination by the defense, the witness indicates they used video and cellphone records to put Moorer within proximity of the phone booth in question.

There is nothing further from the defense or the prosecution.

The defense is arguing that Moorer gave the statement in violation of his Miranda rights.

The solicitor notes that Moorer went to the police department voluntarily and that his wife would pick him up.

The judge said he will take the motion under advisement.
