Is that the same place MS had before he met TS? The one CWW was making meth in? I'm also curious to know if this is currently rented out as a source of income/ investment or if it sits empty.

I wouldn't want a vacant house/condo in fenton. I lived there about 4 years and I had the police knock on my door asking if I had saw anything suspicious on multiple occasions. I lived in a nice subdivision but it's close enough to a shady area that you get breakins.

Interesting, i used to live in the adjacent town of Webster Groves from 2002-2012. A lot of new subdivisions and a huge shopping center has been built in the last 15 years.

We left 1 1/2 years ago. I think the newer homes just entice some people up from jefferson county. My husband said its just people wanting something to sell for drug money. All they got from us was a gps out of his truck thank goodness. A couple of houses got broken into when we were there. There were a lot of incidents where cars were broken into at night. Also the builder had trouble with vacant homes being broken into. Most of fenton seemed nice but it's just close enough to bad areas that you have incidents like this. We didn't know about the jefferson county stigma when we bought. We were from out of state.

According to the text msgs in the doc dump, between MS & CW, I wonder if MS was mailing things to his condo for CW to pick up.

Decided to "quote myself & answer my own question" (It is good to learn something new every day.)
by doing a little research. GUESS WHAT? The CENTRAL TIME ZONE does change to EASTERN TIME ZONE in Tennessee. The dividing line for the time zone runs right down the middle of the state.

ps. This is probably elementary for Florida/Tennesses/Ky residents, but we don't have different time zones in Calif....it surprised me. I guess it could make it appear as if they had an extended time in Tennessee...is that possible?

Though the News-Press article that Surfie linked does state the time period in Smyrna as 2:07 p.m. - 4:02 p.m., Scout's timeline (calendar) shows 2:07 - 2:54. This is just another example of how accurate and amazing Scout is. (Unless I'm totally misunderstanding. If that's the case, sorry y'all! Try as I might, I have a terrible time keeping up)! Anyhow.... Smyrna, TN is definitely CST. I'm in Smyrna quite often.

Is it possible it's nicer than CWW's most current home?

I wonder what the value of the condo would be if someone tried to sell it?

Someone like CWW might find value in a condo in Fenton that you or I don't see. He was making meth in that condo at one time after all.

They were most likely never apart those days CWW was in FL. From July 1-2 to July 9-10 so no need for texting to someone sitting next to you all the time.

wouldn't a simple P.O. Box have been cheaper? Do you think MS was involved in drugs? I find it hard to swallow that a man can go from having a worse offense of speeding in a school zone to murder. A couple weeks ago I would have said "no way", now I say "oh hell yes he was crafty enough to cover his evil all these years". I'm sure I would be surprised (but I can't say you guys would because most of you had him figured out from the start) to learn of more of the shady deeds he was involved in. I can't wait for LE's doc dump on MS! He'll be exposed for all to see!
