Decided to
"quote myself & answer my own question" (It is good to learn something new every day.)
by doing a little research. GUESS WHAT? The
CENTRAL TIME ZONE does change to EASTERN TIME ZONE in Tennessee. The dividing line for the time zone runs right down the middle of the state.

ps. This is probably elementary for Florida/Tennesses/Ky residents, but we don't have different time zones in Calif....it surprised me. I guess it could make it appear as if they had an extended time in Tennessee...is that possible?
