Just an FYI - Social Security disability checks are all on direct deposit now unless there is a special circumstance where the person can't get a bank account or debit card to load the deposits onto.

Social Security has its own debit card. If you do not have a checking or savings account that your SS check can be deposited in, SS opens you a debit card where your monthly check is deposited. It works just like a bank debit card with the exception you can not make any deposits into it, only withdrawals.

Maybe not images photographed but the existence of a PO box discoverable under a subpoena. "CSS, what was the need for you to obtain a post office box when mail was delivered to your home?" Now, I can also see that question backfiring (was afraid my disability checks would be stolen) but post offices DO have security cameras so it would be easy (I think) for LE to get footage of MS entering/exiting a post office to pick up mail. I personally don't think there was a separate PO involved but with these two, there is no telling!

UPS stores also offer USPS PO Boxes. I wonder if they usually have security cameras? I read once that shady businesses will use a UPS store PO Box. Apparently they use the street address for the UPS store and use the word "suite" instead of PO Box.

I agree with you, I don't think these morons used separate PO Boxes. We're talking about the same two guys that texted each other instructions for using their burner phones. Unless they already had PO Boxes setup for other reasons.

Catching up, just arrived in Estero for Christmas, setting up coffee stuff for the morning & trying to read here.

Wo... wonder what if that was or is true about UPS stores PO boxes. I do agree they are morons as in how they used their cells to communicate to go their burner phones. AND caught on camera in a gas station, Walmart, etc.

A couple weeks ago I would have said "no way", now I say "oh hell yes he was crafty enough to cover his evil all these years". I'm sure I would be surprised (but I can't say you guys would because most of you had him figured out from the start) to learn of more of the shady deeds he was involved in. I can't wait for LE's doc dump on MS! He'll be exposed for all to see!

If it makes you feel any better Bobbywoo, I was on the same page as you until I saw the 1st doc dump. You'd think after all these years on Websleuths, I'd have known better. Nopey, I could justify most of this 's strange behaviors on being in shock from losing such an amazing woman, and the Mommy to his precious girls, in such a horrific and vile way. Now I'm praying daily that those sweet girls are removed from MS and placed with Dr. Teresa's family asap.

I spoke to a friend last night who is an Electronic Technician at the main Miami post office and he confirmed that every piece of mail is photographed multiple times. Mostly just to determine/confirm destinations. I asked if that means just envelopes with letters/cards or packages and he said ALL mail. Nothing about X-rays but will try to remember to ask him next time we speak. Probably won't be until after the first of the year though.

I'm on my phone and in the area of Bonita Springs. Talking with friends who have never heard of the case. I wanted to share with them the 13 page ... 33 page ...and the 600-page downloads. I would think that many people here have all thee on their computers that they could post a link of each of them can somebody do that for me please as I do not have my computer with me where I could cut and paste each of those easily.


I'm not asking anybody to research just somebody I would think its like me and would have them easily available to cut and paste in one place right now

Congrats! I've been summoned a number of times but never actually served on a jury. The whole jury-selection process is fascinating, so I never mind going through it. You will learn a lot.

I am trying to catch up...but CWW and JR are the only ones charged with the Doctors murder at this time..right? 2nd degree murder?

These two have not said the husband hired them...yet, correct?

Is the FBI involved because some of the parties live in another state?

Yes, only 2 (CW & JR) have actually been charged with the murder of Dr. Sievers.
There has been a recent document dump as to the alleged involvement of Mark Siever's involvement and planning of his wife's murder.
If you'd like to catch up, I would suggest reading the affidavit, which is only 14 pages. This should give you more of insight as to the details surrounding her murder. Here is the link:

I still don't understand why Mark told police they were struggling and living paycheck-to-paycheck, but then admitted to having $40,000 cash in a safe? And did he not think they'd find out about the tax lien? Why would he admit to having that 40 K in cash? What did that accomplish?

It wouldn't surprise me if he thought he could bribe his way out of this. He had/has his fall guys, and they have been arrested.

My own feeling is that if CWW and/or JR did not turn on MS, there is not enough to arrest him. But I don't see why either one would take the fall unless MS has promised their families will be taken care of financially.
