It does seem strange, now that we have seen the video of AL discouraging LS from speaking to the media. Maybe AL did not want LS to be the only one close to TS to be on the show.

Many, many things can be learned timeline wise to the relationship of Lenka and Teresa professionally from Lenka's EH public page. A few things stand out to me.

1. LS only graduated from massage school in May 2014 and passed her state test the end of that same month. This is honestly the only 'schooling' that gives her practice any certifiable legitimacy. (Just to be clear, I believe in holistic medicine and have had Reiki sessions before and I am a believer in the practice.)
2. From a Dec 28, 2013 post that reads like an end of year synopsis she mentions being "grateful for some amazing experiences in 2013."

* HOMESCHOOLING
* moving to a new house
* going to massage school
(Interesting that Mark seems to begin to go off the rails in 2013... and then of course the tax lien)

I really want to know the approximate date of the Reiki session with Teresa when she (LS) 'shakes' and 'faints'- it was stated it was when TS was recovering from either just liposuction or a tummy tuck.

In reference to the possibility of TS journal seen on the medical bed table in evidence photos being a dream journal (maybe) as of an October 28, 2012 post LS writes a blog linked to her page about "Dreams are letters from home"- there is a comment from a woman who writes to Lenka- "You are the best dream interpreter I know."

Just think of the ways that LS- if she so chose- could manipulate TS any way she wanted by being the person who interpreted TS "dreams" for her.

i am in no way defending LS.

I have been by alternative healers for over 40 years. I have seen interesting things.

Aside from some healing, I have seen as we age people are desperate to find answers and fixes for their lives.

There are reputable institutions that provide care such as the Univ of Minnesota

The there are the hordes of people that prey on people who want help.

It is very lucrative.

Perhaps people have not seen all of the attacks on big Pharma . Since I am now in a foreign country that is somewhat primitive, people here have the same concerns and experiences. They often use their native healing which sometimes appears to work.

Since we are discussing Lenka, I am pretty sure she has access to a lot of money. But maybe it only appears that way.

Anyway, my point is that the alternative field is one filled with opportunities to make a lot of cash.

I guess what I meant to say was the 3 are connected and pics prove that but I dont think JR can testify to anything along the lines of MS mailed us some money or MS paid us cash at McDonalds at so and so date, etc. I think the money trail from MS will have to go through CWW. It would take CWW to say something like MS sent me a burner phone or money to buy a burner.....or MS provided me the combination to a safe in the Sievers home to get some cash, etc.

Our awesome inhouse attorney- AZ Lawyer has said that this kind of hearsay could be absolutely acceptable in a court of law. Hopefully she or Creepingskills can explain it better, but that is my understanding.

Well, the problem is not hearsay--the problem is that JR probably doesn't even know this information. I doubt he knew about the burner phones or the source of any cash they were using, for example.

And maybe LS badgered a grief stricken family as the so called "authority" on what Teresa would want so AL did the interview against her own wishes and the wishes of law enforcement. LS seems quite the powerful force and the vulnerability of the family at this point in time cannot be overstated -

I don't blame AL for flipping out on LS. It's not her place to represent the family. How dare she not run it by AL first.
I also don't blame AL for appearing on GMA because she probably did what LE suggested and had them carefully choose their words.

. . . Assuming MS is responsible for "hiring" CWW to kill TS, her death could have been quick and without suffering by a means other than being bludgeoned to death. Does anyone think this was done in silence? With no statements to TS as they hurt her?

I hope I didn't offend anyone in staying my opinion as that was not my intent. IMOO I think MS hated her enough to want her dead and wanted her to suffer (as he had).

Impossible to say until the case goes to trial. Violence is unpredictable. A single blow from a hammer could certainly produce unconsciousness, in which case further blows would merely "insure" death. That's one reason I thought early on that the hammer might be hitman's tool, in that it's quiet and not illegal for a paroled felon. But a glancing blow, or even a missed strike against a moving target, might allow the victim to fight back. There was even a case that I linked too here long ago of a woman much older and less fit than Dr. Sievers who struggled with a hammer-wielding hitman for 15 minutes before getting control of the hammer and killing the would-be killer. But any kind of resistance could certainly get a psychopath enraged enough to "overkill," and there are indications that the fight might have gone to rooms other than the garage and kitchen.

AZ was more thorough in his explanation. On my 3rd attempt at poor communication when I said JR couldnt testify to money exchange I was trying to say he wasnt involved in the pre-planning and knew little to nothing that could help paint MS into a corner. I will try and do a better job with my posts and not rush it like a quick text

We did find a connection between the the three. JR claimed he'd never heard of MS... then, one of our WS'ers found the wedding pictures from the May 2nd wedding of CWW/AW, and low and behold... JRis spotted in a photo chatting with MS.

IN addition JRR's girlfiriend stated that JRR had a to do with MS about a parking spot at the wedding reception at the park.

WINK, for past three days, has been teasing today's 6 p.m. news cast hinting they (WINK) have new information to be released concerning travel to Missouri.

Apparently, WINK spoke with people previously interviewed by LE and nothing new came of it.

Jerry Lubinski doesn&#8217;t believe his close friend, Wayne Wright, killed Dr. Teresa Sievers &#8211; despite evidence to the contrary.

Evidence that includes Lubinski telling investigators information that placed Wright in Florida when Sievers was killed.

But Lubinski said what he told detectives, and what was documented in his official witness statement, are two different things.

&#8220;They were putting down what they wanted to put down,&#8221; he said from his St. Louis home. &#8220;That&#8217;s the best way I can say it. As a friend, I&#8217;d go to bat for him right now. I still believe somewhere in there, there are a lot of things that are wrong.&#8221;

Lubinski said the Lee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office investigators were nice until they started asking about a GPS system Wright and Rodgers allegedly used.

The GPS, which was in a vehicle Rodgers rented, showed routes from Wright&#8217;s residence to Rodgers&#8217; home, then to the Sievers residence. The route placed the pair at the Jarvis Road home hours before she was killed, investigators said.

&#8220;They definitely wanted me to say it was mine, and I couldn&#8217;t say that,&#8221; he said.

Wright&#8217;s mother-in-law, Kathy Moran, isn&#8217;t so sure about Wright&#8217;s innocence.

In a sworn statement, Wright&#8217;s wife, Angela, told investigators he said that he was going to Florida the weekend Teresa Sievers was killed.

Wright&#8217;s first lawyer, Darris Almond of Hillsboro, Mo., said there are signed witness statements that put Wright in Missouri the weekend Teresa Sievers was killed. He declined to show those statements to a reporter. :giggle:
