Addiction to pot takes motivation away and gives you, generally speaking,a MS type of person: messy, late, pudgy, doing things like taking kids on a ---- , sloppy. Etc. wanna sit on couch and eat a hershey's bar.

Someone who uses pot in the evening to unwind, much like a glass of wine, functions perfectly fine in the morning: holds a job, looks kept up, motivated and succeeding in career, etc.

BIG difference.

Oregonmomma- Why do you think that a financial windfall from your old pal and buddy wouldn't be reason enough for the aging, disabled Wayne who needed his in-laws to buy groceries and his new wife to 'stay at home and make money' as a waitress?

I agree with another poster who said the brutal beating may have been more about Teresa fighting back (anyone here think she didn't) or not dying than anything else.

There has been not one shred of evidence uncovered that shows that Teresa and Wayne even knew each other- let alone well.

Mark had $5 million dollars in life insurance that he kept up on. He knew damn well how much and lied about it. Curtis was going to never have to worry about money again thanks to Mark.

Add to the money that it's been said by AW? that CWW "didn't care for TS" but she didn't know why. I wonder if it's like when a wife complains to her lover about her husband's beatin' & cheatin' and she's so desperately afraid of him that he needs to be killed in order for her to be safe.

Yer best bud is B'ing & M'ing (haha, not what you're thinking I just saw how that looked. I meant birtching & moaning) about what a shrew your wife is and she's so meeeaaaaan and makes him and he works so hard teaching the girls, cleaning the house, cleaning the pool, doing the laundry, doing the yardwork, doing the grocery shopping, braiding the girls' hair cry, scrubbing the toilets, washing the floors on his hands and knees with a toothbrush and he has dishpan hands and he's afraid if she divorces him he'll never see the kids again and he'll have to move and get a job and pay rent and oh, yeah, I get 4.5mil if she should die...

Yeah. Add that, too.

Its only different because you like one and hate the other!
Pot is pot!
U smoke it you get high!
We cant make it fine for one and not the other one.

I think they both had their issues and both smoked the weed.

I loved it when SMS said that CWW (maybe his attorney too) thought the only evidence they had was a grainy photo from Walmart.

Bwahahahaha! Boy, is he in for a surprise. Thank god.

I have a question, sorry if I'm being naïve. How would someone tell the difference between a burner phone and just an older phone laying around the house. I get that burners are typically pay as go cheaper phones but if you don't have a lot of money anyway wouldn't you be using less expensive phones in general? I ask because I have 4 old cell phones hanging around my house.

They look the same. You can purchase burner phones and burner smartphones. They are just prepaid and after the pre-purchased credit has run out, you can either purchase further credit (timeline) or you toss them. They are as traceable as regular cell phones (towers).

I'd rather have my doctor self-medicate with an herb than with alcohol :D

Drunk people think they can drive. Loaded peeps don't want to drive. A generalization to make a point, but ya know... strue

I just can't see her using it on a regular basis or being addicted to it given her incredible level of energy and the number of things she accomplished regularly.

Anti-depressants, no problem.

Like most of you, I imagine her trying to do everything possible via nutrition, exercise and positive thought, but sometimes you need a little help, you just do.

BBM. Plus, some anti-anxiety meds are verrrrrry strong and negatively impact memory, energy levels in some people. Drugs are drugs, pill form or otherwise but IMHO, weed is nowhere near as life destroying when used by adults who have anxiety, insomnia, cancer v. coping with alcohol, pain killers, abusing Xanax, ADD meds, etc.

ETA: I definitely do not mean that weed should be used to treat pain by cancer patients instead of traditional painkillers. Just that smoking pot can alleviate some pain, increase appetite. I reread my post and felt the need to write this entirely too long clarification.

Why smoke an illegal substance that would show up in bloodwork but be afraid of getting a prescription for an antidepressant in your name? It makes no sense.

Where did you get the impression that I "like one" but "hate the other"? What are you even referring to? Pot vs antidepressnants? MS vs TS?

I find that statement odd and distracting. I don't know any of the key players here.

When you have a DEA license for prescribing narcotics, contact with any illegal substance is not wise. Sure fired way to lose it. IMO

Many ppl believe Pot is beneficial and don't see it as bad.
Thing is it is Illegal. No matter who u are, Still a NoNo in Fl.

I don't understand why its not believed she did these things
pot- antidepressants - Its things ppl use.

She also was not a Vegan as she ate eggs. and it seems they ate a lot of eggs.

Pot is now legal in Oregon. I escaped the red tape and got it when the law was passed to deal with uterine cancer pain.

she wasn't giving any blood
And she cant write a script for herself I believe
not for antidepressants . so easy way is to write it for Mark.

the drug will show up in her system if she was taking it.
again its not a big deal.

What are you talking about?
There absolutely is a difference between partaking in it once in a while and being addicted.

Not everyone who has a glass of wine or two regularly is an alcoholic. The difference being someone who can take it or leave it and someone who cannot.

I'm totally confused about that as well. When the news interviewed her right after the murder, you can tell SH was so visibly upset and not "pissed" with TS.
Why would LS say in her interview that SH is "still pissed off with Teresa." For goodness-sake, the poor woman is dead!

Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

I believe that LS knew very little about Dr. Sievers relationships with her staff. What I observed and experienced in the office doesn't come close to how LS describes it.

She could prescribe it for herself, though many docs have moved to actual appointments with other docs or just getting a doc friend of yours to call something in.

Prescribing for yourself is not illegal: some docs do and some don't.

Calling a drug in for yourself under someone else's name is fraud.

My post misunderstood. Yes MS played a part but I was saying that CWW was not only there for MS, or his share of the loot but for a personal vendetta too. We have not seen any evidence yet because I feel they (LE) are not sharing that yet. I'm sure TS and CWW were not Facebook buddies but I'm sure they were acquainted in other ways. This case has a huge web. Drs office and CWW's role in an indirect way involving his computer work.

I worked Critical Care for years. I can assure you that you do NOT want a physician under the influence of drugs, even pot or alcohol anywhere near your patient. I have seen both and it is not pretty.

IMO it doesn't matter whether TS took anti depressants that were prescribed for MS, IF that is indeed the truth. This happens within Doctor families more often than you know.

I don't know what the on call schedule was for their office, if TS took call 100% of the time or not. I would like to believe that she would not drink or partake while being on call. Whatever she did on her own time, that was her choice, her risk, her decision.

I can hardly stand the whole legal or illegal argument.

Nicotine is a drug- a completely legal drug that people smoke. It effects the central nervous system and alters your mood however temporary.

Alcohol is a drug- a completely legal drug that alters your mood.

Antidepressants are drugs- completely legal (with a script)- they alter brain chemistry and or the central nervous system and alter someones mood. They have serious side effects.

I really don't understand the point of this. Not one of Teresa's patients said she wasn't doing her job let alone doing it well. She was. Ask me if I care if she smoked pot. I don't. She was murdered. What does it have to do with anything?
