The As PI said they have obtained a new atty and will not be staying at their home tonight. Also they said it was the "meter reader" that said there was duct tape around the mouth area.

Finally im in,probably long enough to make this post but i also heard that JB has already filed a motion to keep them from examining the remains. Can anyone update? Do we know anything at this point?

I do not think JB has the power to stop the wheels of justice. The remains have to be examined for identification.

Yes Baez is in court now to stop examining of remains until he gets defense experts to the medical examiners office - if thats the case, with how Baez works, we might never have the remains examined!

"detectives said there was duct tape on the bag and the skull that were found. Baden said detectives would be able to match that tape and bag to other tape and bags they had previously gathered from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car.

watching locally. The A's were taken off their plane from LA, down a set of stairs that run beside the gateway, and taken away in a private van.

JB or his spokespeople may make a statement later today/this eve.

Not sure if this was posted earlier, can't check - sources close to OSCO have confirmed to NBC and local WESH 2 News that duct tape was found over the mouth of the skeleton. I have no confirmation of this (obviously), only reporting what I'm hearing on the local news.

JB is supposed to file something with the judge tomorrow so that the remains and crime scene will be preserved for his side to look at and test. Judge Napaliatono(sp) said he should be doing that today.

Bags were already taken from Anthony's home during prior search warrant, so they will be able to tell if the bag found today is similar.

They won't be able to tell exactly how long the body was there, only general as in months.

Autopsy exam may show cause of death, but won't be able to show poisoning or strangulation.

They have 45 days from arraignment day to change their mind about DP, but doubtful they will.

Baez has filed an emergency motion (read motion) for a court hearing at 11:30am Friday morning. He wants to be present for any forensic testing on the remains.

STRONG evidence in the bag has been found besides the remains of human body, per WFTV.

Of course LE is not going to disclose what that evidence is, only the perp is going to know.

They know now if it's Caylee, and I'm sure they've told the A's and Casey, reason for her panic attacks and I'm sure those 4 walls look like they are closing fast - I'm sure LE won't say for sure it's Caylee to the press until there is exact forensic evidence

Dr. Baden stated this morning that there could be traces of chloroform in that bag - I'm interested to see if come back with that - that would seal the deal

Whoa! I am glad to hear that this utility worker had the sense to check the bag. Whoa! Makes sense since this area was under water, according to Tim Miller, EQQ. Whoa! Interesting that Cindy and George were out of town after body being found. Whoa ! Where has Lee been during this time (last 2 days).

Also, after the forensic testing the determination hopefully will return to the Death Penalty. The continuance for Trial till March makes sense.

Can JB really prevent LE from working on this body and evidence? Can he put a stop to it? I don't think so! His job is to defend his client, not investigate a dead body...

a "Full Skeleton" has been found.

The spot was not searched by TES back in June because it was flooded at the time & a fence has been put up around the area since.

The area was well known to KC - Her Elem. school was very close

Cindy & George have been notified that they will not be allowed into their house until a search warrant is completed

LE wants to see if they can match up the "Mill" on the trash bag that contained the remains with the bags in their home.

Didn't they find Casey with trash from TonE's apartment? What if the trash bag matches from his place, not her parents?

They got that search warrant SO FAST because of something else they found at the crime scene. Something that has to do with the house, or the family.

HOW IN THE HELL do you handle your child's dead body? How in the hell do you put her in a bag bury her.. HOW. 'flihsgljkh

Shavaun this has been my problem from the beginning, something that made me think KC did something horrible to her baby. If Caylee died accidentally what would KC have to gain by not calling 911? Normally you would expect a parent to possibly fall on the body, grab it and hold it to herself in shock and grief.

But to be in possession of the body as it decomposing, wrap it in plastic, tape the bag shut, drive around with the body in your car, move it. To me all of this shows KC was not the mother CA has been talking about, but a monster.

Very likely the death was deliberate, possibly premeditated. KC didn't view the broken body as remains of her beautiful baby girl, to her it was a thing, this thing was causing her car to reek and needed to be disposed of.

With less care than we would give a pet she dumped her babies body in a culvert down the street from her parents house and tried not to look back. No telling if Cindy hadn't picked KC up from TL's house, how long she would have gotten away with her crime. This my head tells me, but my heart still cries: how could she?
