On Greta they're saying there must have been something found at the scene that makes them go search the house now. Specifically, the shed and front bedroom -- And Greta says they shot many videos of those places months ago. That's why they think there must be something they're trying to connect.

We were on vacation in Florida from July 6th until August 1st and tropical storm Bertha hovered for a good part of the month dumping lots of rain/storms. Bertha moved from south Florida (gulf) somewhere around early July towards the Daytona/St. Augustine area before finally moving to the South Carolina coast towards the end of July. Faye followed behind a few weeks later IIRC.

I meant at the time of disposal it was not under water which was I think around June 18th-20th.

I think the Feds have an open (albiet unlikely) alleged kidnapping case that they would like to close and that's why they are taking custody of the body and the tests. I think the local police are just not arguing about it because it is in their best interest as well as Quanitco has a more uniimpeachable lab.

Also, since Attorney B has filed for an investigation regarding the Orlando detectives...I'd think they'd want an "impartial" group to analyze the body...this way the defense can't come back at them for this as well.

Boston, she was moved from the backyard soon after she died (June 17th or 18th) and was only in the trunk for the drive around the corner, imo.

Why didn't George smell the decomp on June 24th?

If there was no odor on June 24th how did the trunk end up smelling so bad on July 15th?

There would have to be body fluids or something else that was left behind in the trunk for that to happen & from what we know LE did not find any human "Bio-matter".

I don't know if this is making sense but what I'm tring to say is ...How did the smell get WORSE from June 24th to July 15th ?

MN called in this afternoon .. I watched it LIVE ON FOX on the web..

He said he left because he did not think anything positive would come from the situation with regard to Casey.

I can't blame NeJame for quitting. The public generally understands the role of counsel for DEFENDANTS up on charges for murder. People *get* that counsel has responsibilities that require him/her to do things we personally abhore. Thus, it's rare that the American public says things like "Baez should be put in jail for not squeezing a confession out of his client."

Totally different story for noncriminal defense attorneys who take on cases representing folks who aren't stuck in jail on a charge. Nobody is going to cut him any slack. His was a thankless position. If Baez wins the trial, as pathetic as it would seem, Baez's credentials as a defense attorney are hugely bolstered. Attorneys in the criminal bar will admire his talent/strategy in getting his client free. Future criminals of America will want to hire "That Guy that Got Casey Anthony Off". Etc. Not so with NeJame. He's got no glory to go after and is just a cheesy civil attorney advising 2 looney birds. Key: looney birds that PROBABLY CAN'T PAY HIS BILL. How could these 2 pay legal fees? No way. NeJame actually made some snarky comments that I recognized as "I wasn't getting paid" in lawyer talk. My own rate is over $600 an hour and I'm a lot younger than NeJame (plus he thinks he's a hotshot so probably has high rates). So not getting paid and the job being a thankless job....I knew he wasn't sticking around.

Sorry the run on about lawyers. BTW, for whatever it's worth, as much as I've said about Cindy and George (and will continue to) I TOTALLY respect folks who feel 100% sympathetic to them and I would never try to convince them to come over to my "dark side". I sense that most others who are against Cindy and George also respect folks who have great sympathy for them. For me, I have such grief over what has happened and when all those statements Cindy has made (complaining about the way Yuri interviewed Casey; calling folks maggots; all the anger at everyone but Casey....) come into my mind, I just have a hard time to feel sympathy. But I will try!!

It's true what someone posted earlier - if we didn't have DNA technology - the remains would already have been verified as being Caylee.

Greta played one of the jailhouse videos of Cindy, George, and Casey. Tim is on now, saying that the are she was found in was under water the first time they were there, and that he lost a 4-wheeler there. Tim says he feels it is Caylee, and notes that there's no other missing children from Orlando. The water was about 3 feet deep when Tim was there.

It seems to me that there had to be something found in the bag that created the need for LE to search the home for the 4th time. I doubt it's the trash bag - what family uses the same box of trash bags for 6 months?

As of the time NG was aired, it appeared they had not yet obtained the search warrant. I wonder what's taking so long.

They confirmed that trash bags were taken months ago and those will be the ones used to compare the bag to.

They now know they have a probable crime scene. They can tear up the yard again. They can rip up the house, the carpets, and anything else they feel the need to do to find out where she was murdered. They do not NEED to go back only for something else regarding what was found today...besides Caylee's remains.
