I'm glad you didn't miss it.....I was laughing up a storm myself..!!

That was certainly an "odd" exchange wasn't it?

I wonder who the "they" was that tried to tell LP Jesse kidnapped Caylee. According to which version of the story LP chooses to tell, Casey either never said a word to him about Caylee -or- she told him the story about Z and S in the park, but never another word after that.

If it is her ( which I imagine it is ), she's not "home"...she is dead. How does that make everyone so happy? I don't get it. At any rate, enough for me. As for media reports that can't get much of anything straight. I have heard she was off the road 10, 20, 30 - 60 feet. But then the blue tent LE had up is only what looks to be 6 feet off the road.

Atanua, as devastated I am over the death of this little person, I am happy that her body will no longer be lying in a culvert, wrapped in plastic, discarded like so much trash. I am relieved that LE will now have all the pieces to the puzzle, all but removing any possibility a juror being unable to convict because the possibility of a live Caylee turning up in the future. I am elated by the prospect of LE having a very good chance of finding the cause and manor of death, insuring that the guilty will be prosecuted and punished to the full extant of the law. And still in all so very sad that someone decided this baby didn't deserve to live a full and happy life, then took that life in an act that is selfish beyond compare.

It's been an emotional roller coaster for most of us following this story, glad to know you are sated, hope you sleep well tonight.

Greta disappointed me somewhat tonight. She's been spending so much time on Sarah Palin, that she's completely out of the loop in the Caylee Anthony case! But, she didn't hesitate to jump back on the bandwagon. I think even the first-time poster can tell you who Richard and Jesse are!

Me too, while I prefer her to NG, she has just been so busy with other topics, I can't remember the last time she covered this case. Hopefully, she will get up to speed quickly.

B'more NBC channel reporter said that the man thought to be Caylee's father, will be speaking on Dateline.

No she didn't, it's just obvious that SHE hasn't been keeping up with the case recently. She didn't know who R. Grund was and didn't appear to even know who Jesse G. was. :)

Sorry but I disagree.

It seemed obvious to me that she didn't think that LP had a legitimate reason to hop on a plane & fly to Orlando - other than being the center of attention again.

The media is swarming all over the place & LP doesn't want to miss out - Greta called him on it.

Seemed pretty obvious to me

Actually, in the grand scheme, they are just bit players in this case. Whether Greta knows who the are or not is irrelevant.

I've never heard LP say that the Zani and Sam story was told to him. IIRC, she told that one to R. Dick while he was playing chauffeur.

New attorney said no pending charges against the A's. But if there are, they need representation. All he knows at this point is a search warrant has been executed.

As hard as it is to feel sorry for her at times I don't believe CA was in on a cover up as far as knowing where the body was. I base this purely on her reaction's when she first called LE. I am not so sure about GA and/or LA.

True,

Her car was at amscott at 7am & she called Tony at 11:30 ish & said that she ran out of gas.

She had "Frozen Food" when he picked her up so I'm assuming that she didn't walk from her home to amscott but she may have walked from amscott to her home....unlikely but maybe.

I believe Tony saw "Frozen Food" in the bag but was it frozen?..It may have thawed (he may not have known) so she could have walked.

Sorry,
But I don't feel like showing the Anthony's any respect or remorse - especially today.

As for the Anthony's starting a normal grieving process? Well I happen to believe that they both knew Cayleee was dead months ago & that all this talk of "Still believing that Caylee is alive" is a bunch of BS.

So, if you wan't to liken me to a "Soul less" Child Murderer for voicing my opinions then please feel free to do so.

Your entitled to your opinion.

Each to their own I guess.

I told my husband about where the remains where found. He tells me " Like in your dream." I have had so many dreams about Caylee- I went back to see what I had posted. I'm crying all over again. In my dream she was real close to where people were walking. They kept walking by her. What I posted is below.

I had another dream. This time I was "seeing" from Caylees view. She is underwater very near the bank in shallow water. She can see people walking and an ATV drove by very close. The feeling I had in this dream was one of expectation. Caylee expects to be found.

I'm praying she is not dissappointed.

Tim said when he tried to search that area it was impossible, evidence could be destroyed and he lost an ATV there.

I think from what TM said they did try to search that area but it was knee deep water in mid August and they lost an ATV due to that. He was also afraid of stepping on anything so they called that one off. He came back a few months later to re-search that area and found a new fence where they originally searched so they could not go in there. Neighbors around there said the area was flooded due to the rain from Fay and the retention pond went over alittle bit and it is just started to recede a couple of weeks ago.

GirlinCentralFL..............could you refresh my memory. When was tropical storm Fay? I remember reading how the storm stalled and just dumped rain for more than 24 hours. I was amazed at the time as Florida got more rain in that one storm than we get all year here in California.

Thank you! I typed a post and deleted three times - you are a diplomat

I, like most of us have just always been so grateful for anyone looking for Caylee. Even though neither LP nor TM are the ones that found our angel, they both tried and I never have/never will post anything negative about either. I do hope that Greta does her homework over the weekend, I would love to hear her coverage again, once she is up to speed.

I'm admittedly on the fence about George and Cindy. I do want to say that unless I ever find myself in such a situation I do not know how I would react. The turmoil their hearts must be in now...as well as for the last 6 months is unimaginable to me.

I agree with some things they've done - like holding out hope - who couldn't/wouldn't? If there were the slightest chance that my daughter/granddaughter were alive I think I might cling to it as they have. While the circumstantial evidence seemed insurmountable, I don't know that I could just give up. There are many things/actions that I do not agree with... The one thing I have to believe is that they love Casey (probably too much) and they love Caylee and Caylee loves all three of them. Casey may have done wrong by Caylee - but a child loves unconditionally and Caylee would certainly not understand all of the bashing and nastiness directed and her family.
I know I'm probably in the minority here (based on 100s of posts I've read on this board), but tonight, my heart goes out to all of the Anthonys. George, Cindy, Lee and their extended families.

Wow, I have to highly disagree with a portion of your post. You said, "Casey may have done wrong by Caylee - but a child loves unconditionally and Caylee would certainly not understand all of the bashing and nastiness directed and her family."

It's preseumptious to think that we might know how one thinks when we get to Heaven. We agree that Caylee is in a place now that she has no pain or memory of past suffering. If that place gives her the ability to forgive her murderer then it would also give her the ability to understand why we are angry with her mother. She would understand -- and, I think, agree that those who are guilty should be answerable for their actions. Love the person, hate the sin. Caylee's, yours or my understanding makes this horrid offense no less a sin! And peoples' recognition of what a horrid sin this is should not be considered bashing and nastiness!!!

This is the first time I have been able to post all day. I will say that when I first heard the news on Fox this morning, I got chills up and down my body. I knew, finally, that this was Caylee. I believe that it is a true miracle and that with God all things are possible. When the timing was right Caylee was found.

I do wonder WHY LE is searching the home at this time. They have been back many times. I get the feeling they wanted the chance to search things WITHOUT the A's in that home..if that makes any sense.

I hope and pray that, as hard as it will be, this will start GA and CA on a healing journey.

Having said that I still feel there is a lot more to come out in this case and that there "might" even be another arrest. Can't say why I feel that way..it's just a feeling I can't shake.:waitasec:
FINALLY so many things are out of Cindy's control...I can't imagine how she feels with these remains being found...and then knowing LE is in her home without her presence.
My heart feels empathy because she lost a granddaughter she loved...but my heart is glad because CA might just have to finally shut up...and sweet Caylee will get finally get justice.

Is that what they were taking a picture of? Strange, and I'm wondering why they need a picture of a poster on the front door? It sounds like the house is going to be processed thoroughly like any other crime scene.

Maybe duct tape was used to hang the poster?

I've never heard LP say that the Zani and Sam story was told to him. IIRC, she told that one to R. Dick while he was playing chauffeur.

He told three versions. Version one - Casey told Rob while driving to see Baez. Version two - Casey told Cindy and Cindy told LP. Version three - Casey told him the story directly and then he told her he didn't want to hear it.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,418381,00.html

VAN SUSTEREN: What is your current relationship with Casey, Casey’s parents, and Casey’s lawyer?

PADILLA:Casey never talked to me after we had that one minute discussion where she tried to run the Zenaida game on me again. And I told her I didn’t want to have anything.

I never talked to her about that. I have not talked to Lee or Georgia or Cindy since I left.

VAN SUSTEREN: When you spoke to Casey, how long ago was that?

PADILLA:That was the day after she was out of jail. I was in the living room with Cindy and Rob Dick, and she came in and sat down and started talking, my baby, Zenadia took her at the park and left me a script to tell the cops these lies for 30 days.

And I told her I did not want to hear that. That was bunk. We had already checked out on the Zenaida thing. She is just hardheaded and will not give up the truth. She is never going to give up the truth.

VAN SUSTEREN: This script, what is this script about?

PADILLA:She said that Zenaida and her older sister Samantha took the baby from her, held her down. And then when they were about to drive out in a 2008 silver Ford Focus, Zenaida handed her a list and said, “Here–if you do not want your baby hurt, this is what you tell the cops for the next 30 days.”

I wonder whats going to happen with the beads now?

If LE can prove that those beads are infact the same beads that KC was using wouldn't that prove that they were planted?

I mean what are the odds that KC dumps Caylee behind her home & then puts up a beaded cross at Blanchard Park? Why would she?

  • #539
I too thought that a bit odd. So you're searching for a body and a *fence* is some impenetrable barrier? Totally weird.

The owner of the develpment (the land) put the fence up and refused to let them search again after the fence was up.

So that LP would have a reason to call in the media and conduct a search of the park?
