Yeah, the use of the word "sealed" is very interesting. It means it is something that has come before the judge already and he has decided to keep it off of any public records at least until trial. So that would be any photos involving the remains, and some elements of the contracts and payment agreements between JB and KC.
The only way I could see JB blocking the deposition because something is "sealed" at this point would be if CA was naming something that KC gave him specifically as part of their financial arangements. And even then I really hope that the SA was asking for a closed door meeting with the judge to resolve whether those items were in fact appropriate to seal, or whether JB is using that to mask actual incriminating evidence.
