I'll tell ya how I interpreted this... KC was neutral when they were talking to her about anything other than her missing child. KC got angry when the conversation turned toward Caylee (although I noticed the little girl's name HARDLY EVER came up in this half-hour conversation).

This echoes the jailhouse call with Kristina, the "complete waste" one, where Casey gets annoyed and frustrated when Kristina starts to break down about Caylee--"if anything happens to that little girl, I'll just die..." Casey gets mad, then tries to cover with synthetic sympathy. The focus on Caylee, Not Casey, is what angers her. JMO

Right off the bat, as soon as she could see her parents on the screen she just has this smile and asks dad, "why is she crying???" As if Cindy is overreacting w/ her show of emotion.
If her defense team thought that this would help their client, my goodness. What a big mistake.
imho she is asking that because she thinks SHE is the only one suffering .. ca and ga are not stuck in jail they are free .. so therefore no reason for cindy to be crying only casey gets to do that its all about poor casey

What gets me is the way she was grinning and giggling while her mother was crying, and then she comments on the "nice shirts."

If that were me sitting in jail and my parents showed up wearing those shirts, I would have fallen apart.

It's like they wore those shirts knowing Casey wouldn't be upset by seeing them, but would be pleased.

Boggles my mind.

That portion of the tape says so much about Casey.

Think about it this way:

You are in jail and haven't been able to speak to your parents, who are searching for your kidnapped daughter. They arrive for a visit and your mother is falling apart crying before you are ever seated. If your child was kidnapped wouldn't your automatic response be one of fear and that these people have bad news for you about your daughter?

Or after giggling and chirping hello, would you respond with annoyance/contempt about what is mom crying about already? Annoyance that she is ruining your social hour visit.

There is nothing they can tell her about Caylee that she doesn't know. There is zilch they can do for Caylee so she is really pissed off that she is not the focus of their attention. I'm still here. You aren't doing everything possible to help me.

As much as I don't like George and Cindy's public behavior throughout almost all of this ordeal I can't help but try and look at the whole picture (That's me, that's what I do, can't help it).

It's agonizing to watch them try and kiss up to her but at the same time they literally cannot throttle her through the glass so I think they feel they have no choice but to tiptoe around her to try and get whatever snippets of info she deems them worthy of having.

To begin with, this is the way this family operates. They know no different. So all they are doing is adapting their dysfunctional behavior to fit the horrible situation they find themselves in at the hands of their daughter.

Truly, she would've talked about the weather and hey, how about those Knicks? for 41 minutes if CA and GA hadn't brought up the touchy subject of Caylee. How dare they?

Also, I think the random guy was just that. One of the few, regular supportive nutjobs hanging around the lawn during that time-- I honestly think that's the extent of it.

I caught that too, it was like GA had to think about it for a minute and then it was like oh yeah the random guy was there too. AND KC DID NOT SEEM SUPRISED. Seriously, she was asking who was there and thought there was a bunch of people so it appears that she had no clue who was there but when they mentioned the random guy she was like oh yeah that was nice that you had him come.

I wonder if the "random guy" could have been the black guy with the find Caylee shirt on that was at the A's when he found out they had found Caylee's body on Dec. 11. He was wailing and screaming and cussing saying it couldn't be true??

Thats probably what she looked like when she killed Caylee. She reminds me of 'norman bates' as grandma. I am just a sweet old lady. I won't even kill that fly.....

I know what you mean! I was just looking at that pic and thinking the same thing. Her facial expressions are really scary.

but didn't know how.

Just watched the video everyone is talking about. Could KC have a split personality? Comments please.

PS I'm new to posting but have been a lurker for many years

She doesn't have MPD. She's just a snotty brat or cajoling when it suits whatever she's trying to accomplish. We call that "bitchiness."

she is probably wondering why ca is crying because ca isnt the one sitting in jail she is .. its all about poor casey .:furious:

I've been here a muunnth.
I've been here a muunnth.

I'm less than 1/2 way through the video and I've lost count of how many times she says this. sheesshh Get used to it.

I'm believing the day will come, far down the road, when Casey will look back on that *muunnth* and will realize it was just a brief moment in time.

:gavel: :gavel: :gavel:

If my parents showed up to visit me at the jail due to the "misplacement of my baby", and my mother burst out crying, the first words out of my mouth would be "what happened, is it my baby? Is she hurt? Is she okay?"

I certainly wouldn't laughingly say to my father, "what's she crying about now?"

my days. why did I not read this thread before watching that video???

casey: me me ME ME me me POOR ME HELP ME SAD ME ME ME LITTLE SAD ME OH COMFORT ME ME ME ME NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME

ME ME ME ME

.....ad nauseum.

There is no doubting that while watching this latest release. It angers her to the point of murder perhaps.

snipped by me

Ok, am I missing something in the video? I saw the 31 min version not the 45 min version, but from what I saw, Cindy barely got out ten sentences. It was Casey that wouldn't shut the hell up with her senseless time wasting blabber. Is there a point in the video that Cindy gets a word in edgewise?

 thanks! i went back and i had apparently linked to a 3 or 4 minute video that was compiled. when i watched this i take it back.

you are right - cindy did not get to say much.

Just thought this deserved a repeat performance - two peas in a pod!!

oh my......still remember the fear of Ted....I live in the PNW and was about that age at the time......was in the local of it as well....hung out the same areas.....scary.....kinda look alike!!

When I saw this video, I actually felt bad for Cindy and even George. Cindy broke down because all this is taking a toll on them. Yes, we have Cindy and George basher out there, but I think in private, they grieve as well as KNOW that Casey killed Caylee..

Casey was a piece of work, wasn't she? What struck me the most was when Casey said, and I don't have the exact quote, "My life has been taken away from me"    lol okey dokie, no sympathy here.. :behindbar And, I too, noticed it was all about her.. she babbled on and on and on :boohoo: :boohoo: :boohoo:
When she said my life she wasn't talking about Caylee that's for sure.

From SleuthyMama:

We're all so outraged at Casey's behavior because we have empathy, we're able to feel and think and be scared about all the possible things that could have been happening to poor Caylee (assuming that at that point we didn't already know she was dead). Casey is a sociopath so SHE'S OVER IT. SHE WAS DONE WITH THIS AND HAD PUT IT AWAY PROBABLY 10 MINUTES AFTER SHE HAD KILLED HER. So she's so frustrated and pizzed that all everyone still wants to talk about is "that kid." It's done, people, come on, let's go....get enraged over WHAT I AM GOING THRU. "I'm still here," remember that memorable quote? *******

SM you are exactly right. Her thought process may extend to something like, "oh, that kid I used to have? Done and done. Now I need to get out of here so I can eat chili and not let Lee get all the attention and go to Fusian. They don't even have internet here!"

Persons with empathy and normal though processes cannot hope to understand. http://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html Read there to get an overview of KC's resume.
