I guess we are the stupid people that are saying mean things about her Huh...The everyday Joe Schmoo..

Regardless of what they said (and still say) in public, they know that she knew exactly where Caylee was. She knows they know too. That's why she was mad.

You can tell she's used to being able to snowball her dad. She knows she can't completely fool her mom.

...Casey is absolutely GIDDY upon seeing the magnitude of anguish she is causing Cindy...absolutely GIDDY.

Kinda reminds me of Costner's character in "Mr. Brooks".
OMG! You're right. She's enjoying the misery that Cindy is experiencing. She is evil!!!

Pardon me for nit picking AND straying OT but:

Wasn't the story that on visit to Cindy's mother after fathers day visit to rest home, they made a point that they made peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches (whatever they are to a non US person) beacause Caylee didn't like chilli? So why make chilli as a treat for Caylee's birthday?

I recall the Great Grandma saying Caylee didn't like chili.

She has no concern for what she is putting her parents through. If she did she would have apologized to her mother when she was crying instead of saying "what about me?"

She chose to visit her dad because he is the most passive. But I think he wanted to meet with her alone in person hoping to get some information from her not just to "comfort" her.

Whining about being there for a month and can't do anything. . . . I'd have to say, "Well, SWEETHEART, you had a month completely free before your hand was forced and what did you do to find Caylee during that month? And by the way, WHY didn't you do anything to find her then?

And yes, just think, if the police had diligently pursued RK's lead, she would have been found before this vist occurred. And forensics would have shown absolutely and probably completely, without the slightest doubt, of what had happened.

She's a piece of work and I am so looking forward to this trial and watching her go down.

Maybe he's hoping the pool drowning theory will stick. If so, I think he underestimated how revealing Casey's American Psycho performance would be.

The pool drowning...once again Cindy should have stopped with her first sentence. She always gives KC too much information...always gives her an out.

That really made it uneasy to watch. She cut off any emotional part that her mother owned. She wasnt going to allow Cindy to have an ounce of empathy. Very damning behavior. Shows her true nature. Selfish brat

I haven't been a big fan of CA, but watching how KC treated her in this video broke my heart. Cindy's heart is in pieces here. I would never want to be in that woman's shoes.

Ok, I made it all the way through it. Once. I told myself I was going to listen twice but I just couldn't.

Baez - what could he have been thinking trying to get this released? NG & co. said because it may show some police misconduct? Ummm, ok... :waitasec: How about it shows a grieving grandmother, a grandfather who is walking on eggshells so he can get this visit with her which she says she wants but we know never happened due to JB, and a very angry defendent who makes snarky comments to and about her family, gets upset because she missed a party, gives her parents a guilt trip for not taking advantage of the opportunity to get her out of jail when they had the chance, calls herself the victim, and never once asks how the investigation is going. Oh, and also notes that people who are posting about this case on the web have no life.

:read: I think this must be an obscure defense tactic. I guess I need to go read up on those.

According to the Find Caylee site, Caylee's favorite foods were green beans and iced animal crackers. That just chokes me up to read that. How very sad.

I think the misconduct he was thinking was the mere fact that the tape HAD NOT BEEN RELEASED. He thought they were holding it back on purpose for some juicy reason. Nails in coffin.......that's what I think it is

What the heck is it with George and the analogies - first it was the hand, now it's the business - geez

I know! Reminds me of when you are trying to explain something to a toddler! "See all the cars, sweety? You have to hold mommy's hand so one of those big 'ole cars doesn't hurt my baby!"
