This happened near me.
On July 18th the guy was arrested.
It only took them 41 days to go through his computers, so IMO we could hear something in the next 2 weeks re: RH and any future charges. It's been really quiet about him lately.
At least we know there isn't a back log in the event that CCPD were to need the GBI.

When you get preapproved don't you still have to prove that you have enough funds available to pay downpayment and closing costs?
I did when I got my last home loan.

All we really know is from the hearing where we learned Leanna told cops she was concerned with Ross' spending habits and that HE put $4,000 on credit cards and that HE had recently taken over the finances. I took that to mean he took over paying the credit cards. No mention was made of the cruise at the hearing. In connecting these dots, it appears to me that Leanna didn't know about it and that's why cops didn't mention it.
