Unless his client was less than forthcoming with him about what may be raised. MOO The defense was caught by surprise with the texting. What else has his client not been forthcoming about?
Yes, you make a good point. Here's another thought. Maybe LE tested JRH for drugs after his arrest and his defense attorney wasn't made aware of the results. It's possible that LE knew about drug use but the defense did not at the time of the PCH. JMO.

What makes you think they were surprised about it?

I don't like the tone of the article.
I agree it's better to be safe than sorry. Thank goodness it wasn't a baby, that someone cared enough to call and when help arrived they acted swiftly.

It's a blog, not an article. I don't like the tone of it either. A doll could look very much like an infant.

Exactly! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is a depiction of erotic acts.

Sexting is not 🤬🤬🤬🤬, even though engaging in such can sometimes involve pornographic pictures.

🤬🤬🤬🤬 is about viewing images that are sexually exciting (but technically considered offensive to the general public, that is the definiton of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬); sexting is about interacting with another in a sexually exciting/explicit way in order to stimulate the other to....errrmmmm...nough said.

Two totally different things.

Cell phone companies would prefer this defense of sexting--imagine the consequences to them if underage sexting on their phone equipment was to be considered as 🤬🤬🤬🤬? That could get a little complicated. You're probably right--too much profit to be lost by classifying sexting as 🤬🤬🤬🤬...

This is what troubled me from day one: we heard zero if JRH was blood tested for either alcohol or drug use

One of my original thoughts was that maybe he was on antidepressants--they can cause extreme fatigue. But, I don't think about that much anymore since I found out so many others have left their children in the car--for who knows what reason in so many instances.

Ivy? I completely disagree with you on most issues about this case. But I staunchly defend you r right to disagree with the majority.

Know that I was actually very offended by your earlier post, which to me did suggest you were implying that Stoddard and LE were so enamored with judging and reviewing the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 that they railroading someone based on that alone.

Also know that I stepped back before responding to make sure I was not posting a kneejerk reaction.

I understand the role you are playing. I respect it and support your right to your position.

I disagree.

Thank you, tlcya...I have no problem with that at all.

I'm sorry. Who were you referring to that "browses 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on a regular basis" and therefore isn't in a position to judge someone who sexts with minors? I did read all of the previous posts but was confused as it sounded like you were referring to a specific person.

Wasn't me.....I think you're confusing me with some of the posters who responded to me. But I wouldn't ask them, because what I originally said has been totally convoluted. Interesting how things get twisted as they pass from person to person.

Evie, you remind me of my grandmother, she calls herself a "polarity responder." :floorlaugh:

Editing to add: This was not meant as a negative comment and I apologize if it came across as such, polarity responder is a running joke in our house. My grandmother took some sort of test at work and was told she was a PR and she proudly tells us how her boss told her all about the strengths of being a PR whenever she is disagreeing with everything everyone is saying or doing. lol

Odds are overwhelming supportive of law enforcement and the justice system. Your continued attacks on all law enforcement are not supported or based in fact.

Ummmm, so, here's my two cents...does anyone REALLY think that reviewing sexy chats and pics of JRH's stiffy is interesting to anyone?! Cuz I sure dont. And...sorry, but I sincerely doubt anyone who has seen his photo and chooses to continue sexting him is anyone LE would like looking at. Icky.

It would be nice if members would post about the case and not about other members.

I think that it's perfectly fine for people to doubt what police officers say in court. The truth will be found when this case goes to trial and the evidence is made public. JMO.

I didn't twist anything.

ITA. Jumping off your post. LE consists of men AND women. In fact, the LEO that RH said FU to was a woman. So, IMO "guys and their 🤬🤬🤬🤬" just doesn't make sense to me, when I'm sure guys AND gals LEOs viewed the evidence at some point. Joke or not, IMO, I found it to be in poor taste. Jmo, moo, etc....

People can doubt all they want.

It's the deliberate unwarranted baseless smearing and nastiness I take issue with.

I can understand that. It used to be that hitting the alert button was how posts like that were handled.

Now it seems that responding in a condescending manner is the way to go. I don't like it myself. MOO.

Exactly. It's akin to suggesting that an OB/GYN gets his rocks off doing pap smears. It's ridiculous, but if you're going to assume that everyone's a perv, then who cares? It's still a job that needs to be done. I'm not worried about what cops are thinking about when looking at RH's texts any more than I'm worried about what my GYN is thinking while I'm in the stirrups. I'm just glad someone's willing to do the job!

Sexting and 🤬🤬🤬🤬 are inclusive:

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

"Pornographers have taken advantage of each technological advance in the production and distribution of 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. They have used lithographs, the printing press, and photography. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 is considered a driving force in the development of technologies from the printing press, through photography (still and motion), to satellite TV, other forms of video, and the Internet. With the invention of tiny cameras and wireless equipments voyeur 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 is gaining ground. Mobile cameras are used to capture pornographic photos or videos, and forwarded as MMS, a practice known as sexting."

I think the time Stoddard spent on the details of RH's sexting were done for the "WOW" factor Do you think that someone who browses 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on a regular basis has the right to accuse a person who sextes of being an immoral person, or maybe just more immoral?

BBM

Actually it was your post that made it sound as if Stoddard was who was being referred to as "someone who browses 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on a regular basis". Please refer to the bolded part in the above post.

One last comment on "all" men look at 🤬🤬🤬🤬. If anyone has men (all of them) in their lives that look at 🤬🤬🤬🤬, sext and/or cheat on a regular basis perhaps that person should find a better class of men to have in their life.

MOO
