Strangely enough, our community chorus is going to record a choral version of "Stairway to Heaven" next week. We have been rehearsing via Zoom. I was surprised to learn there was a version for mixed chorus. We will sing and be recorded in small groups, masked and distanced. We have already done that for two other pieces, including "Everyday People" by Sly and the Family Stone. Quite a departure for our group, but fun!

So cute! In these parts, we'll often see Easter trees with colorful eggs hanging from branches. There are usually a handful of houses in our neighborhood that decorate outdoors for other holidays: Halloween, 4th of July, and, of course, Christmas.
