need to find a dob. And I'm not sure the "date found" and date of death are necessarily the same. There is a John Smith born in 1944 who died in Georgia, but in 2007. Could he have been dead two years when found? Seems unlikely.

Too common a name. Not finding any John Smith's who died in 2009 in Georgia, who were born in 1944. nm
