and he said she died...I can't believe the news article wasn't researched by the writer prior to being published. It even stated wife died if I remember correctly.

Seems he posted the ad in paper in January 04 and they filed for divorce in Nov. 04. So I'm assuming they were seperated during the time he put this ad in the paper.

really can't think much about the restraining orders. They are a common practice in a divorce here. (I work at law firm in this area)
