I think she can only further incriminate herself while out on bail....and LE knows this. she can't stay away from the internet, she hasn't gotten laid in a while so she'll probably be looking for a new guy...Casey is self-destructive and can't get out of her own way, so maybe LE figures this gives her more legroom to do herself in, and them more evidence to work with? IMO.
