So... where is Lee?

My source told me months ago that there was truth to CA/KC house deal as CA did not want to give half the marital assets to GA. (CA wanted a divorce) CA devised a plan to sell the house to Lee another version was to sell the house to KC. CA would move into an apartment. After GA is squezzzed out CA would recoop her equity in her house as CA always demands it is her house since GA lost his money in the internet gambling /scam debts.....and working less than half of the marital time. My source tells me CA promised the house to KC in order to keep stringing KC along to keep KC from leaving with Caylee. Eventually KC figured out that CA wanted Caylee to herself and KC was going to be kicked to the curb. Lee did tell a friend he was trying to figure away to buy a house for or from his mother. Lee and KC wanted GA gone/out.:behindbar

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I kinda figured this was at least one lie that was Cindy's- not Casey's. I wont be surprised if we find out more of Casey's lies end up being lies Cindy told Casey.

Does anyone have that high five photo readily accessible? Visuals can add so much to a discussion.

Little bits of truth in KC's lies, LOL.

Wow, I just posted almost the same thing on another thread:

Page 42/2312 (From conversation w/ CA's mother)

"Shirley said soon after learning about the second theft for $354, Cynthia had gone to see a counselor about Casey. The counselor allegedly told Cynthia to kick Casey out. Cynthia had mentioned to Shirley a couple of times that she intended to get custody of Caylee. Cynthia would even had let Casey live with them, but she would have had guardianship of Caylee. Cynthia had told Shirley she would sell her house and rent an apartment to get custody of Caylee."

Does the last sentence imply that CA felt she had to leave her house "to get custody of Caylee"? Could this have been discussed with KC and be the nugget that suggested KC's lies about moving?

Great minds :)

Something tells me we'll hear more of this whole thing.

Has the possibility that LA might have been responsible for the (fake) e-mails to KC from fictious work associates at Universal ever been discussed here?

Not sure where to post this or if it has been discussed, but I thought that this was interesting (especially the name of the business):

Thanks for the link.

I know- I keep going back to that. I know the guy listed is older than "our" Lee but it really would help several things make more sense. I wonder what kind of verification one has to give. I wonder if you have to show ID and Birth cert. or if they just ask and you say whatever you feel like saying (could work if done over the phone).

I hope I heard this right tonight on NGrace........when LA was interviewed, LA said he would support his sister as long as she was telling the truth...........in first 30 days.
Maybe he knows his whole family is going to jail and wants to stay away............LA might be helping police and not his family! Never know..........IMO would I want to support my lying family??? NOT!!!

WHERE IS LEE?

I dunno, but if I don't see him in 31 days (as per my script), I might just report him missing.

be careful. The police might not believe you... they might make you a suspect.:bang:

I can't help but wonder if Cindy did offer the house to Casey to begin with. I think some of what we think of as Casey's lies, may be lies Cindy was telling Casey. Perhaps Casey doesn't "budge" on some of her lies because she believes them to be truth as her mother told her.

Cindy is quite evil herself, I put nothing past her.
I can see Cindy hollering at Casey, "You want this house? I'll sell it to you - see how you like having to pay for something for once in your life!"

Actually, I don't blame Cindy for wanting out of that snake pit.

Just taking a stroll down memory lane, in honor of Lee's absence. I remembered back to August 5th--when Lee was playing detective, chasing down leads, and trying to hire assistants for no money.

This was also the day that formal charges were brought against Casey so this story got eclipsed (there was mention of it back in the Caylee Anthony General Threads, #52).

http://www.wftv.com/video/17101975/index.html

This is a 19 minute presser that Lee had in front of the home. He was congenial (and not ripping up signs or anything).

While conversing about his detective exploits, a reporter asks about Casey leaving her car at Amscot and he indicates he doesn't believe she was a customer of Amscot, but they wouldn't release her records to him anyway. (Strike 1 on his detective career).

About 17 minutes in, the same reporter asks him if Casey was in financial trouble and he says (SHOCK) that Casey had been working--right up until the day Caylee was kidnapped. Thanks to his sleuthing, he reports that she worked as an event coordinator, but not for Colorvision. Yes, she was contracted out to Universal, but he's been asked not to name the company.

When asked how long she'd been working for this company, nervous laughter is followed by some stuttering and he says, "Oh, ya know, since...for a long time. Definitely all year."

I know this doesn't answer where Lee is at the moment, but color me happy that he hung up his trench coat and magnifying glass!

I was under the assumption that this was done online. There is no actual signature, just an electronic signature. Here is the information to what is required and such to apply for a ficticious name:

This "older" Lee Anthony lives in Deerfield Beach, Broward County. Not in Orlando, Orange County.

In the updates section, according to Local6, Lee now believes Caylee is dead?
