1. Because they thought they had no choice.
2. Because they thought they had no choice.
3. From watching them. Despite saying they dont watch movies, there were at least two tv's in the house....one for Patsy and John and one for JonBenet...I cant recall reading if Burke had his own tv or not.
Then there's the framed movie posters found in the basement. Someone in that house liked movies, enough to have framed posters of their favourites.

I really really like YOUR 1. 2. & 3. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WONDER whose fingerprints were on the original posters before they were framed? Perhaps one of the R's that had a movie stub fer the atternies, for a movie attended on Christmas night. My light bulb lit up again, wonder whose fingerprints were on all three of those ticket stubs. WHO MIGHT have purchased THREE tickets to 'that' movie, and two ONLY attended 'THAT' movie. While the third person coulda flown outta town. (insert a lightbulb here.)

IF IF IF all the buddies from GA did was buy three tickets, they probably would not feel much guilt.

What do you think of this thought?

Still gives one pause for saddling up attorneys in GA for 'family' there.

Only IF Schiller would disclose what he knows! it could help answer what's next??
I believe someone wrote here that he could not publish everything he knew.He is an investigative reporter and I can not believe he will not write anything more on this case!when was his last statement on this case?
Also I am curious about everyone's theory on the skull injury. How did that happen?

The Ramseys had a theater on the third floor where the family watched rented movies.

Doesn't necessarily matter, but Patsy said that there was a cabinet containing videotapes in JAR's room, along with videos in the kids' rooms. Apparently, they were definitely into watching videos.

There were two more sets...one in the children's playroom and another downstairs in the den.

SimpleSimon,
I'd give it 20% chance ST theory that she was thrown and fell on something hard in the bathroom; 80% she was bludgeoned by a large man after being garroted.

I read a long time ago on the internet that a doctor from Denver stated that there have been some instances with low blood loss in head injuries. There is also evidence of petechnia from strangulation. Hence the 20/80.

Boy, would I like to see Patricia Cornwell take this case on.
