Police Scotland are looking for any information regarding missing person Sophie Johnston. Sophie was last seen at 0830 hours on Monday, 21st November 2022 at her home address in the Partick Area.

Sophie is 35 years old, 5’2”, white, think build, petit with long red hair and clothing is unknown.

A search has been launched to trace a missing Scots woman last seen on Monday morning.

Sophie Johnston vanished from the Partick area of Glasgow at 8.30am on Monday, November 21. The 35-year-old was last seen at her home address in the West End of the city.

Around 10.15am on Tuesday, 22 November, the body of a woman was found in an area near Baldernock Crescent, Milngavie.

Although formal identification has still to take place, the family of 35-year-old Sophie Johnston has been informed.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal.
