Why there are eating contests and drinking contests is beyond me.

This is so tragic.

Remember about 10 years ago a radio station held a contest to see who could drink the most water? A woman died.

and this woman's dad died in the 9/11 attacks.... this poor family - they've had enough IMO.

I remember that! My mom told me about it when it happened.

I have to say, I agree with banning eating/drinking contests. Folks can eat as much as they want in their own homes or whatever, but when you start with the contest stuff, it just leads to problems for everyone.
