yes...or just Tongo was raised to be respectful of tourists -- there's that whole class issue to think about....I have to say as awful that it was that Tongo was guilty of arranging the murder I feel outrage .... for obvious mistreatment and arrogant attitude towards him by SD

yes ITA.....she knew something was up......the tweet about the upgrade.....that ''twigged'' something in me thinking all was very unhappy.....she must have been miserable....
