What a monster! And he spent soooo much money already, poor man, his wife is dead, no big deal! He's quite calm considering all the stuff ups, there's no desperation in his voice and I think this is because it's SA, and he sees it as inconvenient if he were considered a prime suspect! He's out on bail too!!

It's interesting how CP has the same tone of voice like HvB, fairly soft spoken, calm, yet they're absolute psychopaths!! :scared:

Nemembe and Sibeko are the two living co-accused. The hitman died of suspected poisoning while in prison awaiting trial.

Siyoni was originally a witness for the State, and so was his girlfriend, Babalwa Breakfast. When she testified she suddenly couldn't remember anything after having previously given a very detailed statement. She's now been charged with perjury. When Siyoni had been in the witness box for a while he suddenly decided he was going to shut his mouth and wouldn't say anything, and I mean that literally. He's now been declared a hostile witness. I think he's been detained and is now in protective custody.

It really is an amazing case. Just a pity that it's been so drawn out.

Yes I read their court testimonies. I did wonder if they were scared of reprisals or had death threats because why would he rather face arrest and conviction for his part?

Anyway, has he been charged since he denied everything he told police?

His family must be devastated. When his father found out about the affair he allegedly threatened to disinherit him. He's since denied that but I believe it to be true. His mother has been in tears on a number of occasions. After today, if they ever had any doubts, they now know the truth, and how does any parent deal with that.

The mistress Chanelle Coutts is apparently testifying for the State. I'm unsure how that's going to play out. As I've said before, this case has everything.

MK: I was to ensure that the recording devices functioned and I also had to show person how to switch on recording

CP "I have to tell IO that you (LS) phoned me, they investigating me.. don't worry me and Siyanda will talk..destroy your phone"
CP: "I'll sort out your family hide low..they must never know about me and you..this thing costed me a lot of money"
CP tells LS they were meant to take her rings and watch and make it look like a robbery outside the house . Video concluded.

Tortoise, I just saw that fantastic axe pic and I agree with your comment. It made me shiver to see that and imagine the damage it inflicted on that poor family. I don't think I'll ever get my head around what he did.
