"WESTERN CAPE - As part of a joint project between the South African Police Service in the Western Cape and the Western Cape Department of Health’s Forensic Pathology Services, that looks into the possible identification of unidentified remains through digital facial reconstruction, this office hereby releases the following identikits to ascertain the identities of persons whose remains were discovered between 2020 and 2022 in Philippi East, Mitchell’s Plain, Mowbray and Lentegeur."
