The missing persons case of Levi Davis, the former X Factor contestant and rugby star, remains unsolved two years after his disappearance in Spain. I think Jay Slater was the perfect storm and that's why it got so much attention. Levi's case is a bit strange too, I keep following this case because I was in Barcelona and in the area he went missing from around the time he went missing.

I have only today heard about Levi as there was an article on sky news! Strange how Jay Slater and the likes get so much coverage and Levi barely any.

I think it's a matter of perception. My perception is that, at least in the beginning, there was a lot of media attention around the case. I think the Spanish police's general believe is that he drowned and his body never found. Respectfully, in terms of media coverage, maybe less interesting. I'm totally not sure what happened to Levi and the conclusion is very -how should I put this- dissatisfying. It's a strange case all together. For his dear mom I hope one day there will be answers. The not-knowing is devastating.

The "drug rape" has nothing to do with him going missing in Barcelona. Come on, nobody goes to Ibiza to "work on music", he was there to party. Nobody goes from Ibiza to Barcelona just to spend the night, he was obviously going there to meet someone. He called his mother asking for money for the hotel, if he didn't have money for the hotel, he didn't have money to go back home to the UK. This is a weird story. He didn't have money but he was out drinking in Barcelona... okay.

In my opinion, he was under the influence and fell into the water. Unfortunate accident.
