He could have been "grooming" her for years before then and part of the reason she married him when she did.

If his plane is a glider-type then the scenario of him flying off somewhere with her isn't going to work. If he had rented a plane, they would have records on it. This is a good thing tho...because it means she would most likely be nearby. (Btw~I didn't mean he patrolled the airport...I meant that he was well known around "there" as in Bolingbrook area.)

Oh, sorry, yes he was well known around the small airport. I think I read somewhere else or heard it on TV that he used to patrol the airport or at least drive thru there at nite while on duty to check on things.

Sunday morning around 10 AM, he shared back and forth text messages with Stacey. She then called him at 10:15. She said that she had been just lounging in bed for a couple of hours, and that she AND HER KIDS were going to go to the house to paint today. Bruce was supposed to wait to hear from Stacey's sister Cassandra, and then call Stacey after Cassandra got in touch with them. Then they were all to meet over there to paint. However, Cassandra had decided to go to her mother's house that day, and didn't call Bruce. At 4PM Bruce sent Stacey a text message saying "Lets paint tomorrow". He received no reply.

Greta asked him when he began to worry about Stacey. Bruce said that Cassandra called him around 7 PM and said she had not been able to reach Stacey all day. He relayed that he had not heard from her since 10 or so that morning, and that he didn't get a reply to the 4 PM text message he had sent her.

Bruce talks about Drew:

He knew DP for 3 years. The marriage has been troubled for the last year or so. Nothing violent. DP "seems like a normal guy".

There is a search organized for tomorrow to hand out fliers and search for Stacey. Gave address for search. Bruce says he's operating under the assumption that Stacey's alive. "She's been kidnapped or somethin.." He then looks around like he only half-believes that. He looks very uncomfortable.

Up Next.. Greta interviews close friend of Stacey's.

So 4 pm is the last contact anyone (other than Drew) had with her?

According to Drew she left the home that am to go paint! Guess he didn't know Stacy had been in contact with Bruce at 4pm!

Bruce said he sent her a text message at 4 PM. He never received a reply. I don't think he could tell whether she received the message.. (IE: If her phone was on or off). I know I can't tell if someone receives it when I send someone a text.

My mistake. It was about 10 am then and she was in bed or lounging. And they were waiting to hear from the sister.

One question I had. According to Drew she left the home to go paint, right? So when did she get her bikini, some clothes, her cellphone and the deed and the money and how did she get it out of the house without him noticing?

A-HA.... Mysteriew! I can't believe that didn't occur to me.... You're a smart one! That's interesting. The only thing I can think of is that he found the bikini, money and deed missing AFTER he made that first statement. Which is highly improbable.

Also- I'm going to try to find out who the elected coroner is for that county, and whether it's the same one that is currently there now.

I've been reading back on this thread and can't help but wonder if he's pulling a Scott Peterson here with his disguise. Maybe he doesn't want to be identified by "other women" or possible witnesses that may have seen him when disposing her body.

Oops, of course I mean allegedly disposing her body. :D

This is another case that has me searching daily for updates. Tonight on Greta, Stacey's bestfriend of 3 years, said that Stacey loved her children and would have never left them but that she would have left her husband. The husband feared Stacey leaving him and was following her around.:rolleyes:

Greta then read the autopsy report of his 3rd wife. A prosecutor is working on reopening the case of the 3rd wive's so called 'suicide'. Head wound, caked blood, bruises on the body, no drugs or alcohol in the system and no water in the bath tub. :rolleyes:
I think the husband killed his 3rd wife and I definitely think he did something to Stacey. (Can't wait to find out what LE found while searching the home and vehicles today.)

What is it with men named Peterson who murder their wives?
Michael Peterson.....2 wives who died after falling down stairs.
Scott Peterson murdered his wife and unborn son.
Now this guy.....2 dead wives.
Wudge, no need for you to comment. I know where you stand. :eek::cool:
