Do the police know where he is and where the children are? I don't understand why he hasn't lawyered up yet.
Couldn't the police at least bring him in and "talk" to him.
Why haven't they done so?

Although we don't know much about Stacy Peterson's disappearance, we know other things.

They are found in files at the Will County Courthouse.

Knit together, these facts tell something about Bolingbrook Police Sgt. Drew Peterson, the missing woman's much-older husband. For example, while married to another woman, Drew Peterson, 53, owned several businesses and life insurance policies -- and that third wife later was found drowned in a bathtub without any water.

Great work myster and chico! Just got home from work and ran to the computer to see if Stacy had been found today. :(:( Not so far, I see.

What is the weather like there? I live in Ohio and it's been blowing and snowing here where I live. Will Tim and Co. stay around for a few days and keep looking? Are the police still looking??

Drew can keep anyone from talking to the younger kids, but I thought there was an older boy at the house that Sunday??

snip,

“She was where she wants to be,”

Drew said almost the same thing, except I beleive he said, she is WHERE she wants to be.

I think that is a huge clue for where we will find Stacy. Family members need to get together and think of places that Stacy loved (either in the past or present). Being as young as she was when she got married and seeing where she got married at, that would be an EXCELLENT place to search. Where did they go on their honeymoon??

Did Stacy and her sister (the one that died of cancer) have a "favorite" spot?

I was just looking over that new article Chico posted that lists the court filings and I really think LE should look at all those properties very closely. I hope EquuSearch is aware of those sites.

I agree Taxi! I know that I sound like a broken record but I am really MAD that this guy is allowed to "hide" somewhere.
I just can't believe it.
They need to take him in and question him. If they can't find him then take the 26 yo son in and question him until he tells them where his dad is.
Isn't it amazing the family support system these DV abusers always have??

Does anyone remember the accounting regarding Scott Peterson's budget? lol I think it will be the same here.

Or I'm telling my hubby we are moving to Bolingbrook and he's going to become a policeman. :D

Maybe the searchers found something. Or maybe LE gets the picture since it is very black and white.

At this link the video says that Tim is presenting a suspicious finding at a construction site. At the end of the vid, the reporter says Drew's oldest son will not speak publicly out of "fear" of his dad.

CBS 2 West Suburban Bureau Chief Mike Puccinelli reports they may have stumbled upon a clue to the disappearance of Stacy Peterson.

~snip~

They were joined by professional searchers from Texas Equusearch, a group that's assisted in more than 700 searches around the world. They did find something interesting at a construction site. The founder of the group says he plans to show the find to police first thing Wednesday morning because the area could possibly have been used to conceal a body. However, search leaders would not elaborate on the find.
