I like your point that even without Kathleen's mysterious demise in the picture, Drew is pretty much sunk.

I can hear Geragos now: "Just because he's a cad/rogue cop doesn't make him a (double) murderer!"

I had an awful thought today. If Drew is charged in Kathleen's murder, wouldn't it be like him to say Stacey did it?

First, thank you, TM.

Secondly, Geragos would be 100% correct if he said that. None of us know if DP really did any of this.

However, the facts of the case thus far do not favor him one bit. Stacy, from what we know, needs to feel safe and secure. DP, as a cop, probably gave her that feeling.

So she meets some guy out of the blue, says nothing to anyone in the family about him and then says one day: "I think I will leave my husband and children behind and not say a word about it".

She calls DP that Sunday night and tells him she is leaving but not her family?:waitasec:

Again, odds. I will not call the man guilty but man those are some bad odds.

IMO another issue is there appears to be some crooked cops around. Hopefully, this case will dig deeper than DP.

I having a nagging feeling that when all is said and done, this case is going to have many different aspects. It's probably going to involve murder, crooked police, cover-ups by higher authorities, and likely a ME who was inept at his job or paid off. There's just too many questions regarding the death of wife #3, and these are questions that should have been addressed at the time of her death, not nearly 4 years later.

By all media reports, Stacy has a close relationship with her sisters. If she DID run off with another man, and seeing the nation-wide media attention and grief of her family members, she would have called one of them and told them she's okay.

DP said he was looking for Stacey on 10/28 when Cassandra called him. If he was looking for her, Cassandra should have been the first person he called. I'm sure he didnt call any of her friends or family. Would love to find one person that said DP came to them to ask if they heard from Stacey that day.

I’m scared that I am wrong about Drew, and if so I have lost a very good friend.
I’m scared that the bolingbrook police have some officers that still feed Drew Info. on the case
I’m scared that that after the media is gone, the bpd will make my life a living hell.
I’m scared that after the news groups that are hiding me get thier story, I won’t have any protection from retalliation from people that still back Drew.
I’M SCARED AND DON’T KNOW WHO TO TRUST!!

I would be scared if I was him too and it sounds like DP's cop buddies are still behind him. I hope the whole department gets investigated.

I think that is how Stacey ended up with that monster. She hadn't had any security up until that point in her life and she was hoping he could give it to her.

Geraldo showed a brief clip of the interview of Anna Marie Doman, sister of Kathleen Savio, by Mark Fuhrman.

Then he brought on Melissa and Charley Doman, niece and nephew of Kathleen Savio - children of Anna M. Doman. They explained about the briefcase Kathleen left with their mother saying if anything ever happened to her to open the briefcase as there was documents in it. They both feel their aunt was murdered.

Geraldo then brought in Steve Carcerano, the neighbor who went into the house with DP and Kathleen's best friend (Mary) and who found Kathleen in the bathtub. Charley Doman was a bit upset, saying he's never heard of Steve Carcerano before. That DP told the family that Kathleen's body was found by her best friend, Mary, and Mary's son, Nick.

Right now, Geraldo is interviewing the medical experts about the autopsy report.

I wonder what documents were in the briefcase, that is very interesting.
