This is incredible, almost like being there. Furman is on speaker phone talking to Greta, Bernie and Ted- and he's saying that Drew has dressed people up to look like him in order to throw people off as to his comings and goings.

He's talking about how her DNA should be in the house, and how the police would look for "cleaned up" blood. Bernie says they would have been looking for that first time around. No forensics group with them this time. They had gloves on, but that's SOP. This is a search warrant. Smacks of something very specific. They didn't expect him to be there. This is not nearly as dramatic as it sounded to be before.

What a sleaze.............dressing up people to look like him. Who the heck were those people?? Did he buy off people by not booking them if they would pay him back later?? That smacks of PREMEDITATION!!!!!

Greta: Sounds like police went to neighbors and got the code for the door.

Mark: Sounds like they're looking for something small and specific to "complete the puzzle".

Greta: Sounds like they're fishing. Keep going back until they find something.

Mark: Maybe there are fresh eyes looking this time. Maybe they understand what occured in that room. I've been going over that 2004 incident, and it's surely a homicide.

Greta: You're going to talk about that on the air tonight shortly, so I'm going to let you go now.

Bernie: Judge will say this is the last time you're going to get into that house.

Greta: Female voice on speaker phone, and greta says "Oh you have the maid?"... We're going to shut off the internet, and we'll see you at 10 Eastern, On The Record.

Breaking News Alert.

Fuhrman going over events. "Entered home, very low key".... Declared who they were, went in, a couple officers outside, on all 4 corners, and a couple detectives inside. One detective had a camera. Had an evidence envelope, came out and got a box to collect evidence. Mark thinks this is the 5th, 6th, 7th search warrant they've served. DP called his buddy, Rick, and told him to secure the house when the police were done. No Forensics van today. Just SOP with the gloves, etc..

Taking something out right now. Large black bag, can't tell what it is. Also 16X20" envelope. 2 detectives going to the neighbors house (probably to return door opener)... Winding down right now. Not re-entering the house, not going to.

Later, Mark talks about speaking to coroner about wife #3.

Greta talks to Ric Mims: DP talks to Ric at 1PM this afternoon, and DP was there at the time. RM says he was calling so that he could go to get the 'rest of my stuff out'.. He said that DP said he wanted him to secure house when police left. Ric doesn't know where DP is now. He just asked him whether he was safe.

**Interesting** Ric says that he can't comment on whether he has any suspicions.

He sort of makes a short laugh... says it's a tough situation to be in, DP is a good friend of his, but as time goes by everyone has their suspicions.

Greta: Do you have any suspicions? MIMS: I can't comment on that right now.

Greta: Has he given you any reason to think he's waiting on a phone call or waiting to hear from her.

MIms: I have my own opinion, but he's not given me a reason to think anything other than 'she ran off'. He hasn't seen DP physically since Saturday. Pleads to search nationwide.

Greta to Tim, TES: No clues that really mean anything were found. Ran out of daylight. Weather and conditions were hard on them today. More air support, horses and people tomorrow. A lot of sonar equipment in the water. Wants to hold onto hope that she's alive, but we also know that if something did happen, the quicker she's found, the more evidence there will be.

Police got garage remote from the neighbor and just entered home with a camera w/telescopic lens. Hands on guns. They are taking a large black bag, large envelope- looks thick. Took a collapsible cardboard box in.

DP called the neighbor and said when the cops leave his house to go secure it.

They mentioned DP just called a neighbor and told them when the police get out of his house to go secure it.

Greta asked the neighbor, Rick, when he last heard from DP and he said 1pm.

Greta told Rick they knew he'd just called one of the neighbors to tell them to lock up. She asked if it was Rick that DP called. He said "yes, it was me". She said "so then when is the last time you talked to him?" He said "uh,uh (stuttering) 20 minutes ago"

The neighbor, Rick seems like he's covering up. Or he's scared of DP, too.

It seems to me that Ric has learned something today that has shaken him up. Bigtime. He's very hesitant in his support, but it sounds like he feels like he HAS to support him until he can't anymore. Definitely my impression, but I'm pretty good at reading people. His words of support were hollow, and his "suspicions" sounded more guarded, yet against Drew each time he was asked.
