Dr. G is schooling us on what it takes to be a properly qualified expert witness. from what I have read of his testimony in other cases he thinks quite highly of his qualifications and quite lowly of that of others MOO

Hopefully the jury will find him as puffed up and pompous as I personally do.

He has been discredited by other courts, I believe.

All things considered, I think JW is moving through Geffner's qualifications at a fairly reasonable pace. Clear agenda with the questions. We've seen far worse from DT over the past four months. Willmott knows she's on the hot seat. IMO.

They just lost the jury completely. He hasn't talked to Jodi nor even looked at her case so why the heck should they listen to a word this man says. Pointless and the jury knows it!

Since its slow, can I please ask a couple of questions I have not been able to figure out.
1) Why is it necessary to create a new thread?

2) What does blow the margins mean?

3) and, when I read a response that is a response to an original comment, I page back and look to see what the original comment said, is there an easier way to do this?

I don't need to hear about his assessment of Jodi to decide anything, of course, anything he adds will certainly be of interest. But at the end of the day, I don't care how upset she was. I don't care how she was raised. I don't care if she has memory issues. I don't care if she threw herself at Travis Alexander or if he took advantage of that situation.

I don't care if the act of killing him left her traumatized. I don't care if she is depressed or if borderline bipolar sociopath or just dumb. She killed him simply because he was done with her. And she took great steps in planning to kill him, and in avoiding detection.

I have a feeling the jury is gonna feel the same.

I was watching the Lindsey Lowe sentencing the other day and when they introduced a new expert they just said that they had looked at his credentials and accepted that he was an expert. It saved a lot of time. I wish they would do that here.
