The reason we are bored out of our minds here is because the expert likely discards and discounts practical experience and real situations in favor of the latest greatest platitude from some forced publication from another miserable tenured tired teacher.

This is my hypothesis why this expert testimony is ES (not eagle strength) but especially sleep inducing.

Evidently the strategy is for Jodi to try to focus on the testimony instead of writing and coloring today. Either that or Donovan told her that her "tracing" has been exposed and her days as an artist are over.

Some people like me would not be cut out to be an expert witness. Even if I had the education of Dr. G. I would be embarrassed to keep talking about myself.

I actually think JA is taking notes on her own indicators of her crazy for her appeal draft. I think she knows she's not getting out of this.. but that she wants to learn as much as possible to maybe make adjustments if retested for possible appeal..
