My Flake-O-Meter is pegging!

Going to have to follow along with you fine folks instead of watching this guy. Just. can't. do. it.

Prayers continue for the family of Travis Alexander and all who knew and loved him.

Oh carp, my PC caught a bug off of here and I had to reboot twice to get back on and already several pages behind. I hope there are donuts left.

I'm sorry, but this just seems sad. Trying to make Dr. D look bad and Wilmott does not even know how to properly phrase questions. I think I'm just annoyed that the defense gets to grasp at more straws. C'mon, bring on the real case!!

I have a question. Isn't one of the reasons they are calling this surrebuttal is because they want their witness to challenge DeMarte's diagnosis of a personality disorder. Didn't their own witness, Samuels, also diagnose her with a personality disorder, NOS? I know they tried to rush over that part of it and not expand but he did say that.

It would be awesome if JW could ask more than just one question in a row without a single uh or um

I can stand wilmott. So flirty!

What is this dude testifying about?
Rumor has it he's going to rebut DeMarte's diagnosis of Borderline. Most of his professional experience is wrapped up in neuropsychology and domestic violence, IIRC.

I've got my coffee. It's the only thing that matters.

Oh god he has the same goofy smile as alv

Sent from my 'alternate reality' using my hippocampus

This trial should not see any smiles. And I especially hate the way JW always smiles at their witness.. it's so unprofessional and fake.

It is probably fan mail. I've noticed that when there is a big case and the evidence looks overwhelming one way, there is always a group of people who post all over the internet to take the opposite position. You see their screen names appear in various sites. Some of the same people who supported Casey Anthony are now supporting Jodi Arias. While anyone might question evidence and express a different point of view in any particular case, there seems to be a personality type that relishes being in the minority group and will take that view every single time (Amanda Knox is guilty, Casey Anthony is innocent, etc.). It appeals to something in their personalities.

Not neccessarily. I believe wholeheartedly in the guilt of JA & CA, but I also believe Knox is guilty too.

Dr. Geffner might want/need to add some vodka to that water he just poured, it should be kicking in before Jaun get's a hold of him :giggle:
