The Jury isn't lost on the Defense and their Last Ditch efforts to stall the inevitable. The Jury has already made their minds up I would bet money on it and it's probably just ticking them off knowing the Defense is stalling like this. Also, it won't be lost on the Jury all the people that are now in the gallery with the family and especially seeing Sky Hughes there also speaks VOLUMES to them!

I doubt he is doing this for free. He is not getting paid extra by his "company" for going to court but I bet he's being paid the standard rate by the State. I hope/expect JM to bring that up.

I'm already prepared for the DT to take up the entire day and give Juan 30 minutes to finish up. I wouldn't even be a problem for him though, but it still makes me angry. Judge needs to give them a time limit - split evenly between defense and prosecution. Seems fair doesn't it?
