I feel really bad for Jodi's grandmother. While Travis was the victim and I wish to take nothing from that, there are so many more victims than the person killed. All of Travis' family, Jodi's grandmother. Such a waste...all because she couldn't have what she wanted. SMH

I'm already prepared for the DT to take up the entire day and give Juan 30 minutes to finish up. I wouldn't even be a problem for him though, but it still makes me angry. Judge needs to give them a time limit - split evenly between defense and prosecution. Seems fair doesn't it?

I have a question. Isn't one of the reasons they are calling this surrebuttal is because they want their witness to challenge DeMarte's diagnosis of a personality disorder. Didn't their own witness, Samuels, also diagnose her with a personality disorder, NOS? I know they tried to rush over that part of it and not expand but he did say that.

There are loads of PD though - some have a more malevolent stigma, like antisocial or narcissistic (Cluster B) - but there's also dependent, avoidant, paranoid, etc. (Clusters A & C).

PD NOS means she doesn't fit within the confines of any diagnosis within the current version of the DSM but shows a pervasive pattern consistent with generic criteria of personality disorder itself. PD NOS is probably more accurate than BPD in a way...I think Jodi breaks the mold of Cluster B personality disorders all on her own.

I find having empathy for Jodi's Mother and Aunt hard. I don't get that feeling of overwhelming sadness you do when you look at Travis' family. However, looking at Jodi's grandmother, I feel horrible for her. She looks like shes sincerely struggling and dealing with guilt. IMO.

I do not mean this in any rude, offensive way at all, just responding to what he is bringing up in court and what I am actually seeing in all honesty. His school, which he brought up in this case, is pitiful and I feel sorry for those who attended when I read their stories. MOO
Here is just some reviews from 50 people who attended one location. Other locations have bad reviews too but I noticed since I read them just a few days ago brand new ones have popped up with good reviews but not as detailed as those who obviously attended. Again MOO and I'm not trying to be rude.
