back to trauma experience. sigh. He has lots and lots of experience in trauma. Kind of making it sound like he has pioneered this "science" but that can't be because I was almost sure that his very good, personal friend ALV was the pioneer in this area.

Why he has so darned much experience he has lost count of the countless things he does in this field

My hubby saw the clips last night that CNN was showing of Jodi cheerfully putting on her makeup for her jailhouse interview by the media. He commented on how much she has aged since then - he was actually shocked!
(He has not paid much attention to this trial or the media surrounding it.)

Ha ha - ugly is as ugly does.

Pretty much the reaction of my husband. He said "no way that's the same person"!!

In a case like this and the fact that there was such a long week end break, I thought this witness would have talked and tested JA and others that know here, not go on some one else's reported test results. The tester can influence the testee, maybe the testee would have told the truth?! well, it was a thought.

I would not rely on AVL testimony (I think those are her correct initials) since there were many "issues" with AVL's expertise and test uresults. As a new witness for the defense I would have wants my own testing done. I would want people to know I was a professional and wants things done correctly.

Was he asked how many tests he has given to others....recently, not 33 years ago as a studentor or starting his career, but currently?

As for the 5 minute break, or 10 minute break, there will be a side bar when they come back.

And last I should know better, this defense appears to do what it wants...JMO.
