The defendant sure is rubber-necking it today.

She just used the juror question on the witness!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!

  • #1,903
OMG
even i can answer that

if a bear attacks you,you will have a reaction when you see a bear
if a tiger attacks you,you will have a reaction when you see a tiger

if you seen a dog after being attacked by a snake, that wouldn't trigger anything

fail fail fail

so it does matter

Oh no, now the tiger and the bear. This really is personal, if you ask me.

'doesn't report accurately.'

nice way of saying she LIED.

and HEY, what happened to the episode when she was 13 and someone held a knife to her neck? RS threw that out there and not ONE WORD has been said about it since.

I can not stand snarky Wilmott!!!!!!!!!!!

  • #1,907
wow....bear/tiger

  • #1,908
Not being an expert, I still think it would matter, because one is a lie and one isn't a lie.

  • #1,909
Why are any of us watching this drek? Life is too short.

BB when JM is up. Now he's worth listening to.

Lying and tigers and bears....oh my!

Now it sounds like JW is really trying to kiss up to the jury. I sure hope they can see through that.

I can't tell if this is slit-eyed evilness or if she is falling asleep. Probably both.

Pure, unadulterated "evilness" -- Travis had her nailed in that IM exchange.

  • #1,912
Nope, JW, Juan Martinez is just MUCH better at this stuff than you are. The way he and DD walked us through her findings made it possible for me to follow and understand.

What JW is doing right now, is scrambling my brain.

If I wasn't scared she'd stab me in the back (literally) I'd invite Ms.Arias to take a field trip with me. See, once a week I volunteer with a PTSD foundation for soldiers who have TRUE PTSD. I see the heroes, week after week, struggle, but keep fighting to overcome. I listen to their stories, I cry with them, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about them, I've invited them into my home for a meal...I've seen the true face of PTSD. And you Jodi? You're not even remotely close to the true face of PTSD.

No don't do that we don't need her learning how to came it any better than she does now

So now we all know why people needing psychotherapy never ever get better.
It is a treatment that never ends, they just keep testing on and on my friends.
Some PhD invented it after flunking from med school.
And now they keep on testing just because it seems so cool. Kill me now. KILL ME NOW!

Nonsense. Competent practitioners have a treatment plan and a time frame and use effective, proven evidence based practices. Testing isn't necessarily a part of any of it.

oh, here we go the hard ball stuff... blood pressure...keep calm...

  • #1,916
He says, "you have to put all the pieces of the puzzle together" - but never interviewed the client or reviewed all the evidence in the case......duh?

  • #1,917
Ohhhh interesting....so the defense DOES think that the tiger/bear quesiton juror favors them. This is extremely risky - what if the juror meant something else, they are using that juror to support their case. What if that juror is actually disgusted wiht Jodi? I think that was a bad move.

Is she looking at her family in the gallery or is she looking at Travis's family and friends? Anyone know?

My guess is Skye and Chris Hughes. She probably knows about their terrifying comments from their interview on Dr. Drew the last few nights.

BTW if anyone missed it you MUST watch.

FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

the tiger or the bear example...trauma is trauma he says and this test just measures her stress and anxiety of the event.

SO WHAT IF THE EVENT WAS STABBING SOMEBODY 27 TIMES, SLITTING THEIR THROAT AND SHOOTING THEM IN THE HEAD??????????????????? Hmmmmmmm - COULD her PTSD come from THAT?????????????????????????????

ask it Juan....just freaking ask it.

Seque....when you see your bears...do you ever worry that they might be tigers?
