This testimony should just never have been allowed simply because we could go on ad infinitum with varying opinions. The idea is lay out your best case on both sides. I just feel so sorry for this Jury - this judge just needs to show some regard for their time and patience.:banghead:

Ohhhh interesting....so the defense DOES think that the tiger/bear quesiton juror favors them. This is extremely risky - what if the juror meant something else, they are using that juror to support their case. What if that juror is actually disgusted wiht Jodi? I think that was a bad move.

I happen to agree with the defense. I think the tiger/bear question does favor the defense. I didn't like the question when it was asked.

But the point that is missing is that the trauma DOES matter. The "triggering" event would change what "triggers" the anxiety and stress. If the trauma was a gun attack verses a knife attack what things that would trigger your memories of the attack would be different.

SHUT UP JW SHUT UP. It's not making any difference to your case. I'm bored with it, I think the jury is bored with it. He is not going to magically change everyone's opinion at this stage. You can do all the tests you like but she has done these long after the event when she has had years to perfect the way she answer and has lied about almost everything. It's obvious to anyone that she has some personality defect and even if we never know the full story of that fateful day there is no escaping the fact that she killed Travis in a very violent way and has shown no remorse, only felt sorry for herself.
