My audio feed keeps skipping and repeating but what's scary is that when listening to the diplomate's testimony I can't even tell when it happens.

He has dealt with three cases related to projectiles into the brain. :floorlaugh:

I can't believe this is being allowed period. What has happened to justice - is it also being destroyed by political correctness? This is a travesty.

Is this guy an ME? I don't get it (dang - I've been saying this all day).

SIT DOWN JW!!!!!!!!

This guy needs to be crucified by JM. He's so far out of his scope of practice it's not funny.

Really think the judge will allow Juan to go after this guy? I don't....and the DT will object and approach til it's worthless to even try.

His testimony to somewhat refute Dr. Horn's is very loosey-goosey to me. I think Juan will nail him down.. never saw such an intelligent attorney in so MANY different areas.

I call :liar:.

"The frontal lobe is not involved in motor skills"?

The frontal lobe is interconnected and IS involved in motor skills.

"Frontal lobe -- The frontal lobe is involved in motor skills (including speech) and cognitive functions.

The motor center of the brain (pre-central gyrus) is located in the rear of the frontal lobe, just in front of the parietal lobe. It receives connections from the somatosensory portion in the parietal lobe and processes and initiates motor functions. Like the homunculus in the parietal lobe, the pre-central gyrus has a motor map of the brain (for details, see A Science Odyssey: You Try It: Probe the Brain Activity).

An area on the left side of the frontal lobe, called Broca's area, processes language by controlling the muscles that make sounds (mouth, lips and larynx). Damage to this area results in motor aphasia, in which patients can understand language but cannot produce meaningful or appropriate sounds.

Remaining areas of the frontal lobe perform associative processes (thought, learning, memory)."

I do wish that Horn had consulted with a neuro doc -- or that Juan had called a neuro specialist to address this issue about the gunshot.

Juan filed a motion requesting to call a neuro doc to refute this. Not sure that the Judge will allow it. Although she has certainly allowed a WIDE WIDE VERY WIDE latitude for the defense. She should also give the State the same opportunity.

We will see if the Judge allows Juan to call a new witness.

Is JA heavily medicated, bored, or both?

BJNIbDTCYAAGBPJ.jpg:small

You see the vast black hole which is the core of JA. :cow:

JA looks downright scary!

She is really into giving Travis' family and supporters her raging, hateful looks today. Rage is all that resides in the above mentioned black hole. :twocents:

I seriously am tired of this nitpicking over the gunshot wound to the head. Jodi killed Travis 3 times over. He felt pain, think of being stabbed over and over again. He didn't see it coming, and had no way to defend himself. He is dead, she murdered him and was diabolical about it. STFU already DT.

This is rubbish rubbish rubbish. The dura mater is only a thin membrane made of tissue. To even suggest a bullet could deflect this is beyond insane

"Whaaa..whaa..whaaa..wha..whaaa...whaa..whaaaaaa..." Spoken in Charlie Brown Teacher Speak...UGH!!!!!!!! Someone make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Judge should be DISCIPLINED for her shoddy oversight in this trial! This is a TRAVESTY her allowing this GARBAGE into this case at this late stage of the trial. She is the Judge, she should know what is grounds for appeal and whether there is even remotely a chance certain things may or may cause appeal grounds. This is just nuts her not having control over this court. It's a shame for Travis's family that they have to be put through another day of this bag full of lies and untruths from a make believe defense.

I totally Agree. This is outrageous!! This case should have been assigned to a judge who had EXPERIENCE in handling high profile DP cases.

I promise that I am trying very hard to listen to this witness, but I keep staring at JW's bald spot and then I get to thinking of the many ways that she could fix it, and I totally lose what Dr. So and So is saying. Is it just me? Ugh! JW PLEASE SIT DOWN!!!!

Thanks. That is all I see now.

Rut roh, if I heard him correctly he just pointed out a lie by the defendant.
Didn't the defendant say that Travis clearly threatened her life after she shot him?

'Effen kill you b&^ch

I thought I heard that too.

I can understand Willmott being desperate enough to have this man challenge the M.E.'s testimony. I just can't believe that this Judge has allowed this!

If this smoke and mirrors routine works somehow and it is less than murder 1, both Nurmi and Willmott can send the Judge a dozen roses. She was their third counsel.

I hope she can live with herself after this. :help:

OMG, I wish someone would put something sharp in my brain right now. Congrats JW... You just caused me to have a drink at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon. And I'm not even sure that it will be enough!
