Juan's case is STRONG enough! Please God no more Witnesses!:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

I think he needs to call the neuro doc now. I know I want the jury to get the case soon as well but based off what I'm hearing he needs to bring in a new witness to clear up the crap this guy is spewing.

Hey, I have an idea! Let's just remove Jodi's brain so the jury can get a really good look and truly understand this testimony.

"this jury, this jury' trying to do a JM. Sit down and keep quiet Willmott.

Hi Katie! You look cute with your hair up and glasses.

Dr. Horn's report said that the dura mater was INTACT? I so missed this?????

"Intact" and "perforated" are 2 different things... semantics

How many think JA is sketching a brain right now?

omg, loved samanthas eye roll there!!

we are all feeling the same way

"No apparent injury to the brain" -- all that means is that Horn couldn't see the damage because of decomposition.

"Dura mater membrane was intact" -- could mean that the dura mater was not decomposed

i think your assessment about the dura mater is correct. that's what dr. horn meant.

jenny seems determined to prove you can get shot in the head and be fine, and actually, she wants him to say the brain doesn't even occupy the entire skull. she's a maroon.

Now he says that he has treated two people with gunshot wounds to the frontal lobe. Both were not incapacitated, both were conscious. I guess they were conscious by the time they left hospital and well before the Phd would have been able to see them, how he knows that both were not incapacitated is anyone's guess. When Brady was shot along with Ronald Reagan I believe he was incapacitated. He managed to partially recover as well.

It seems that Travis would have had personality changes too.......but he died instead......Sorry Mods.....but please Judge.....get this fool off the stand.

I just can't believe how much JW repeats herself. As if it isn't bad enough to hear her the first time....

  • #792
It would take "huge explosion" in the brain to cause incapacitation. Okay, then. Carry on.

I think I see Jodi with a camera in her hand in one of the holes of the toast!

Samantha's eye roll said it all! Love that girl!

He cannot know the extent of the damage - to compare to these studies.

I picked a great day to go do what I needed to get done then go have a nice lunch at TGI Fridays.. Came home and have refused to listen to this witness until Juan gets up there and shreds him to pieces

  • #797
Juan should ask him how a bullet effects the brain after a person is stabbed 29 times and then has his throat slit from ear to ear!

  • #798
Essentially yes, and he qualified that with, due to moderate decomposition.

Actually No. He said he couldn't see the pathway the bullet took due to decomposition.

I sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury myself at 15..........was in the hosp with several kids with tbi's, from gun shots an other things. I honestly don't think anyone can definitively say how travis would be after he got shot. Everyone is different, every injury different blah blah.....It's just werid to me that they trying to refute the first ME's report though. OF COURSE HE WOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF BI........Good Lord...I have a question, are surrebuttals common? tia
