Aaaaaannnnd, here we go. DT has to bring up the bad history and try to cover up and do damage control before Juan gets a hold of him. Like I said before...they are simply putting the same person on the stand over and over again.

He did not watch any of his buddy ALV's testimony? LIE. Noway, I can not believe that. Everyone right down to her elementary school buddies showed up IN COURT. I am darn sure her colleagues past and present watched her. It was like she was getting off stage with all the hugs and support she got in court.

Yep, like nurmi said, it's just a fairytale to believe the DT witnesses haven't been exposed to other witnesses testimony. They should all be sequestered!

Although I am quite sure it will not happen, I would love for JM to be able to ask this witness what would happen to Travis' had he been shot first.........

Probably won't be able to because so far this has not been touched on direct, but one can hope!!!

I agree that Wilmott is deliberately stalling to force JM to have to hurry in order to appease the jury.

In my opinion Juan should just stand up and say "For the sake of the jury judge, I have no questions"

Now Wilmott is trying to repair the good doc's reputation for having testimony tossed, being called a hired gun, and other good stuff before Juan brings it up.

This is where the Judge should step in. He is supposed to testify in a very limited scope. That was the agreement. A Time Limit should have been given but apparently not, as I said before this Def Team can be expected to keep running out the Clock, until/unless the Judge says something

She brought it up to get him to deny it sort of, in a 'I may have seen her in passing, and we may have been at the same meetings, I may have edited her books, but I never really talked to her' kind of a way ..

Different States, Different Courts.....all BS.

That part of his testimony is correct. Lower level State Courts (NOT State Appeal courts) don't always go by the same name. Federal Courts do though.

Hi. I am just now tuning in. Has anyone already commented on this (following) matter??? Have you noticed how Jodi has a bunch of those dinky golf pencils in front of her and she sure seems obsessed with them. Do you think the sheriff's office deliberately gave her a bunch of pencils to tempt her to "do art" today??? I read up on how Jodi has gotten in trouble in jail twice for hiding two pens twice (I mean, Jodi twice hit two pens, two pens each incident). I recall the second time, Jodi hit two pens in her shampoo bottle. Isn't this the first time Jodi has been given a little pile of those mini golf pencils?? imo I don't think it helps Jodi one bit to be seen playing with pencils and "doing art" - it makes her look arrogant and gives off an aura of smug superiority to all. imo. :seeya:
