Mine is skipping constantly, it has ever since the flash player crashed about an hour ago. I've restarted the feed, tried other streaming sites, rebooted the browser, and rebooted my computer. All to no effect, still skipping.

Sometimes installing a newer version of chrome works. But save your stuff..ie bookmarks; passwords etc first. Uninstall the current version then re install a clean one.

hey i just had a thought, in dr. horn's assessment he claimed the dura mater was 'intact'. perhaps that could mean that it was still a viable tissue source. if the brain was decomposed, things that were still close to their original state could be called intact.

i mean instead of what the defense claiming intact meaning not injured.

Ok I've been so sick allday trying to watch. I missed the jury questions?? Please someone.

I bet the jurors are back there pi$$ing and moaning right now, I know I'd be!

They better not be. They've had tons of time off. And they were told in advance this could go a looooong time.

I would bet they prefer a long day than having to drag this out for another week or longer.

This could go for hours .. literally hours and hours .. We are still on the first witness .. amazing ..

We can blame the DT for that! Their fault! JMO

Since the defense is up to almost $2million dollars (?), I can't imagine $2500 matters at this point.
As an certified AZ taxpayer, it matters to me.

Unless the Judge sticks to her guns... got the feeling it might be the last witness for the day. Maybe the Judge will order Dominos for the courtroom make them finish up tonight.

I truly think she should stick to her word and order the pizza; they should have had it waiting in the break room beforehand. Sheesh.:truce:

Two million for a bunch of lies and a BPD diagnosis.

Is there anyone who thinks that one or even two of the jurors could be considering the self defense theory?

Apparently the distance between San Diego and Long Beach makes it impossible to communicate via Dixie cups and a string.

Hopefully they find some donuts, fruit, coffee and soda.

What's wrong with that? Nothing! This jury and defense team has been coddled and catered to for too long now. If I were on the jury, I would want to push through, keep to the schedule.

Why is there a flamenco dancer seated behind the defense team? Am I hallucinating?

Bless those jurors, I know they must be exhausted. I have faith in you folks!

:dunno: When she woke up this morning, the mitigation specialist thought she was going to be on a talent show.

The judge said clearly last week that we would go into the evening Wednesday until we were done. The jury has been off since last Thursday. The defendant is sitting at a table, too bad if she if tired? The rules were set. No whining from anyone, especially the DT and those sitting in their area.

She has to stick to that. Everyone knew. And, Juan needs to wrap it up. Tomorrow is going to be a hell of a lot more important then anything Dr G has to say.
