My. Einstein looked a bit uncomfortable when the Professor described the ability of folks to go online to learn how to manipulate the test. Hmmm. My.

if all he did was evaluate tests, how did he come up with billing for 80 hours?

I don't believe for a minute he didn't know about this case beforehand. ALV told him all about it. And I think he's on the stand to help ALV.

Ooh no. I just woke up. He was contradicting the ME on gunshot trauma to the brain. How was he able to do this?

I like this man. He seems to be much more honest than any other "expert" the DT has called. Like I said before, I don't like what he's doing, but he appears to be a nice guy and is probably fun to hang out with.
