Does anyone know if the jury was asked during jury selection if they had viewed this deposition before or read any of the legal documents from the custody hearing? Just thinking that most of us had read and/or watched this before, so we heard the criminal courtroom evidence/witnesses with this knowledge already in hand. The jury, could be hearing it the other way around. For example, they first heard the exterminator testify about the messy garage. Now they're hearing BC tell how he cleaned it up on June 28. Just saying it might change their perceptions.

I have a tendency to think that had any juror read or watched any of the depositions they would have been disqualified from serving.

It's not unusual for people who are involved in a nasty divorce to find it difficult to say something nice about each other.

OK, I can totally buy into that line of thinking, so long as they are both still breathing.

When giving this deposition, NC was no longer breathing, so that puts him in the category of speaking ill of not only his wife, but his LATE wife.

anyone know what time they are quitting today?

1:pm or if this depo is almost over Judge Gessner said he didn't have a problem with going a little past 1:00. He wants to finish this depo today if possible.

he must have resigned after Nov 25

Official Cisco Statement as of November 25th, 2008:
"For privacy reasons, Cisco's general policy is to not comment on individual personnel matters.

"However, we can confirm that Brad Cooper is currently a Cisco employee and that the company is currently reviewing his employee status in light of the pending criminal charges against him.

That status can change over the course of two years. I'll leave it at that.

I don't think so...if he did I missed it.
I have listened to/watched this before so I'm trying to do a few things this morning while I listen again.

I am sure they were asked how much they knew about the case before hand, that is pretty much a standard question. Any potential jurors would be stricken if they had too much knowledge.

Therefore, it would be safe to say, this would be the first time the jury members are hearing the deposition.

In the Deposition he says the dress was light green or orange. He told the police it was light blue. He suggested to Diana it was black.

You need to "indicate" to someone that you want grape juice.

Also said he didn't know if he washed the dress or not.:waitasec:

So, he really hadn't determined what she was wearing 2 1/2 months later?

See this is the stuff about his lying that makes no sense. He knows he went to Lowes, he's got to know that trip is going to be on a camera somewhere. Why would he purposely say that he doesn't remember?

I agree with the comment above, he may be a liar, but he's a really bad liar.

If Brad never knew what dress Nancy wore at the party then how did he determine which one it was and hang the dress over the back of the chair in the dining room and why does he still say he doesn't know which one she was wearing?
