She could have just fallen into them IMO.

We need DETAILS!

What changed in the house? What was moved? What was removed?

Some of this came out yesterday in Officer Hays testimony. Chair facing a different direction, sticks and ducks missing from foyer, a few other things, but there were several strange differences.... I still can't figure out the sticks and ducks thing.

The sports bra was black, red and gray.WOW!!!!!!!!!

I remember the filmed depo. when Brad was questioned about sports bras, IIRC.

Brad was smirking a little, saying how Nancy sometimes had to wear two sports bras. I can't recall what else was said, but remember that.

Yes, you MUST go tomorrow. We need you.

You should be aware though that one cannot use cell phones in the courtroom. In addition, there is no open/public WiFi in the courthouse. And (you'll find this ironic), my cell phone is not a fancy smartphone, but a simple cell phone with text capability (it has a web browser of sorts, but it's really bad).

So my being there will not net in any updates 'live,' as it were.

I think that remark probally did him in with the detectives.

Uh oh BC :loser: .

I just went quickly to the autopsy report and found that information and that is the color of the one she was wearing when her body was discovered. :loser:

The article doesn't say he said "there was nothing else," the article says "He stopped talking after that and never mentioned any other clothes." Based on the article it's not clear if Brad just went mute at that point. I'd need to hear or see the full context of the detective's testimony around that statement.

I quoted the article. The "there was nothing else" are my words and clearly the article says he said nothing else about any other clothes. His comments were made before any mention by LE of how the body found was clothed and before the body was even identified as Nancy. You do not find it highly strange that he would mention a sports bra upon hearing a body was found and then say nothing else ? I sure do.

I can well imagine the sudden, dawning realization that he screwed up with that remark.

Well, he did tell LE he thought that they thought he was a suspect...

Me either, especially the missing ducks! I guess I could see her falling into the sticks and breaking them or whatnot, but what could have possible happened with the ducks? The only thing I've got is maybe they got knocked over in a struggle and broke and he just tossed them out? I don't know, but I'd sure like to.

Oh no, I definitely find it highly strange! I just wish I were getting a live feed of at least the audio portion because the way the articles are written, some context is lost.

That is his last recollection of how he staged the body before dumping her off like a piece of trash.

I sure wish we could hear every word of this, no ifs ands or buts...this is absolutely rotten that we can't. If the press is quoting correct, we are missing some major stuff.

Yes, per_curiam, BC did say that Nancy did usually wear two sports bras for support. He also stated how many pairs of shorts she had, and where the running clothes were kept. He seemed to know exactly what running clothes Nancy had.

**Hope you are having a good day!

Seriously, how many husbands (let alone estranged husbands) actually pay attention to what SPORTS BRA their wife is wearing (assuming she owns more than 1)? Most guys don't pay attention to women's clothes, esp when it's something like running shorts and a tshirt, etc.

Of course Nancy wasn't found wearing a tshirt...

Question to all "no evidencers" and those thinking there was nothing but RUMORS that got Brad in trouble:

Still think there's no evidence that makes him look suspicious now?

Yes, but you will give us updates and your impressions/opinions when you get home, won't you?

That can go both ways:
For instance, my wife usually wears the same work-out clothes on tues and thurs when going to the Y. And only has a couple pair of those stretch pants things to walk the neighborhood in. So he could have had a good idea what she 'might' have been wearing... but the way and manner he said only that about the sport's bra SURE is strange.
