What is the point of this witness? The shoes they tested are not the ones he wore to HT. They are not the "missing" shoes. So is the prosecution changing their theory now that these are the shoes he wore?

I wonder if they're going to suggest he scoped out the site in advance. I don't know.???

These are obviously his running shoes. He was training for an iron man. I'm sure these shoes have touched the ground all over that area. But again, the prosecution has made a big deal of the "missing shoes", and these aren't those shoes.

I like this witness and her enthusiasm. Even if her testimony goes nowhere maybe the jury will think it did because her delivery is excellent. She comes across as very knowledgeable.
These expert witnesses make me feel so very old and worn out.

Unless they picked up matching mica somewhere in his house or car...I don't know how this is going to help the prosecution. Unless they are trying to show just how thorough they were again, in testing everything.

Samples taken from body location has white mica, same as shoes. Lochmere Lake has no white Mica. ONLY body location has the same white mica.
