So this means the prosecution is sticking with the midnight--1am theory of strangulation?

6am-ish time body was at Fielding Dr. for flies to access. Cannot determine if body was at Fielding BEFORE 5am because of the darkness and adult flies are not active in the dark.

There ya have it..using that graph and allowing for error rates ..they could now estimate back to 1AM July 12th.....Yikes...I wonder how defense is going to deal with that??..

This goes with my gut feeling, that Nancy was murdered during sleep..then disposed of while the kids slept..and Brad did his HT runs to dispose of items like shoes etal~~

This stuff does show she wasnt alive and running around that morning...

That's what I am getting from this testimony now too.
He was a bit confusing in parts earlier but that was laying the foundation and beating the defense to the punch I suppose.

My damn live feed is buffering something awful today. I didn't catch his exact number of hours/times. Every time he led up to a profound statement, the buffering hits again.

Agree - this will be the best indicator of TOD - as long as the larval stage is less than 3 days - i.e. they couldn't fly away prior to NC's body being found.

This will, hopefully, be the best testimony to indicate when NC body was dumped, it won't necessarily indicate the TOD, correct?

I guess one would have to assume Nancy was dead when dumped...so if Blow fly evidence indicates before 7AM July 12th, then Brad's telephone call from Nancy was not true..Kinda blows Brad's alibi out the window

Either way, It puts Nancy being dead before her telephone call to Brad that morning...She could NOT have mde that phone call as Brad suggests...

Its not a wonder Brad was in such a hurry at HT..He had left the kids unattended at the house and he had alot of work to do when he got home!!!!
