Thanks for this insight. I think it's interesting that you mentioned their use of "we" in discussions because some on here get very offended when BC uses "we" in the same fashion when he speaks. It seems to be a colloquialism or something. Like the southern y'all.

The difference is, Garry & Donna are both ALIVE. The phone conversations could very well have been on speakerphone or together at HH. When Brad uses *we*, Nancy is already dead. There is no 'we', and there hadn't been a WE for quite some time. I no more believe 'we went to fix baby a bottle' then I believe there is a man in the moon. Nor do I believe 'we' were doing the laundry on Saturday morning and 'we' noticed 'we' needed more detergent. When Garry or Donna used 'we', I anyway, definitely felt it had to do with situations 'they' had discussed together, contemplated *together*. When Brad used it to reference he & nancy, after she was dead, it felt more like he was lugging along a dead, conjoined twin with him. There hadn't been a WE in the cooper marriage in a long, LONG time. MOO

They were either the cleanest family in Wake County or the dirtiest. So much laundry all the time!!!

Well, if they only did laundry on a certain day (Like I do for example), then 7-8 loads of laundry isn't unrealistic, especially if you have children.

I wish we knew the point of this email.

And since they both worked out daily, that's extra clothes too. I'm on my 5th load of the day already. Haven't done it all week though. Usually I do at least 1 load a day.

The context of the deposition was a custody case, not a murder case. The whole point is to illustrate that you were part of the family unit (not talking about whether it was true or not, that's a seperate argument). Perhaps that is why he used the word 'we' a lot.

So the State has elicited the time of a FBI analyst to hack into BC's computer and is now testifying to his findings. Uh huh... Scuze me, but what kind of twisted mind sends these whiny messages by email? When I'm at odds with my wife, I get in her face and set her straight. Is the message here that NC was such a twisted grumpy angry soul that the only recourse available to any thinking husband is strangle her and dump her nearly naked in a sediment basin? What's the point of this testimony?

What I remember was a single diamond pendant. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Always heard the same, BornDem.

...... Blood Diamonds .... comes aptly to mind!

No-ooooo, pls don't. I keep looking for your and Palomine's tweets! Tks.

polk :-)

Apparently it's a moot point, because there is no tweeting going on now. Must be another break in the court.

It seems that in so many affidavits and testimony laundry was mentioned. A lot of laundry each time.

It seems like doing many loads of laundry in a single day is how they did their laundry. Suspicious?

If Brad has admitted to improper dalliances with HM, why is this testimony relevant? Where's that dead horse thingie?

Hopefully our fellow sleuthers are taking LOTS of notes for us.

I can stop.

I think duplicating is fine in case one of you gets called away/misses one. It's not that hard to scroll past a duplicate. I appreciate you both keeping us up to date since I'm not following the tweets.
