I don't see it as 'salacious details' as much as I see how long the affair had been ongoing. Remember, something Nancy said was that Brad had kept telling her she was imagining things, she was a terrible wife for accusing him of doing something he hadn't done, etc. IIRC, wasn't that very much what Betty Broderick's husband had done when he was having the affair with his young secretary? Said *she* was nuts, etc. I believe I heard testimony here that Nancy was questioning *her* sanity due to things Brad said about her/it. These emails were in 2004, and it wasn't until 2008 that Brad finally coughed up the truth. Up until that time it was referred to as 'nancy not believing him, and nancy being crazy'. MOO

Yes, I understand that, but speaking for myself, I get it already. I got it about 3 weeks ago. I want more (and not more juicy stuff UNLESS it is new).

I lived in San Diego when the Broderick "event" happened. Their divorce played out in the local papers for years and then all the antics back and forth. It was crazy. I did feel sorry for her (in the beginning).

It's foundation to spring the real evidence that Brad was a bad husband and had affairs. This sure is a lot easier now that I'm not on the fence any more. It's almost comical at this point. But I'm sure the witness with the real evidence is coming up. And it sucks that we can't even hear this testimony.

Correct - when asked he said it was one-time thing and that he called her the next morning and told her that it could never happen again. Upon PRODDING from AS, he finally had to admit there was oral sex twice - once in the house and once in a car - and that he had felt her breast on one occasion - and they did some kissing and he couldn't remember how many times. My point being: He wanted everyone to believe it only happened once. He wasn't forthcoming with the truth until his back was against the wall - and then - even then - in a sworn deposition he didn't tell the whole truth.

I hate to say this, BUT this is very damning in my opinion. There could be a juror who basically thinks he did it (like me), but is looking for "something" (like direct evidence of phone spoofing) before they can say ok, guilty beyond reasonable doubt. But seeing he is saying he's considering moving to France (hello/goodbye? wife and kids), I could see the juror saying enough is enough. Guilty. Seriously.

They are painting a picture of a man who wanted to live a single life without having to give up his cash to get there. He wanted it all, the money, the women, the ability to travel and pick up and move to foreign countries. It's painting a picture. It's getting more and more vivid with each witness.
